Arrived very late and without the gluten free pizza I ordered. Having gluten free was the main reason I chose Papa John's in the first place. Went in person the next day to complain and after insisting was eventually promised a refund for the missing pizza within 4 to 5 days. A week later still no refund so I complained online. Finally, another week later have had email confirmation that I will get my refund but no discount or compensation for the very late delivery. Only lies. The shop blamed it on traffic, the email said they were very busy. Which one is true? Either way not acceptable to deliver an hour and a half after I ordered.Dietary restrictions: They claim to offer gluten free but they didn't when I tried to order it

Came here as there was an advertised mega deal. I haven’t had Papa John’s for ages but this has convinced me I need to come back! I placed a complicated half and half order which was so nearly correct - the only issue was the pizza still had peppers on when I asked for them to be removed. So I would recommend checking the order twice, but don’t let that stop you coming - the pizza was fresh and delicious.Vegetarian options: Plenty of great vegan and vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Double check your order if needing to make a substitution
