Terrible experience - food was 2 hours late! We phoned up several times to ask where our order was and were met with unhelpful excuses - "it'll be there in 10 minutes" "there's a lot of traffic". Food turned up cold and we weren't hungry at that point. Customer service has also been hopeless at helping us out with getting at least a partial refund for the inconvenience. Not going to bother again.

Just bought a Margherita for my two daughters and a supreme for myself.They have since been on the toilet with diahorria food poisoning. Phoned pizza hut the guy just said we'll they are all made fresh.Yes with gone off cheese or something.
