Good location. Plenty of parking and seats. Outside area for dog owners. Staff were friendly. Toliets were out of order and my drink (Almond milk mocha) tasted weak and watery.

In all honesty the staff didn't know if they were coming or going. The queue was out the door to place orders and the barista making the coffees didn't get one order correct whilst I was waiting. The toilets were closed which was an inconvenience at a service station.

Long queues, not naming items so customers having to negotiate over who's is who's at the end of the counter. Toilets not clean. Seemed short of staff on one of the busiest travel days of the year.

Starbucks.... I'd usually say I prefer Costa because their coffee is stronger and hot chocolates taste like they have chocolate in, rather than being just warm milk. This branch of Starbucks was completely different. The coffee tasted like a proper late and the hot chocolate was delicious. If the way they do it breaks franchise guidance I'd suggest that the franchisor look at this branch and rewrite the guidance accordingly.

Randomly closed to be understaffed even with 3 members of staff inside and having literally just served many people at midday on a Friday. Filthy dirty both inside and out. Frankly pathetic - a poor effort considering this is one of the only stops of its type on the a303......really REALLY disappointed! Staff wouldn't let my fiance in to use the toilet having already queued to use the main service station and clearly couldnt care less about their disgusting facility.

The whole area stank of sewage, the BP fuel station had no water and there was obviously something wrong. Still open and serving overpriced drinks.

Nice environment and fine if you just wanted coffee. But there had been no morning delivery on the day I visited so wasn't much on the shelves. Staff were clearly frayed at having to endure complaints (that admittedly weren't their fault)
