Very confusing to know which side to que. One very miserable looking girl on the coffee machine who clearly didn't want to make eye contact, let alone talk. Upon ordering I was asked for my name and told to sit down and wait for it to be called when my order was ready. The general noise of the cafe prevented me from hearing that my order was ready, so it was left to one side for some minutes until I went to inquire. I was told that it was ready and waiting for 5 minuites! Where is the customer service???

A very confusing experience, with a que at the opposite end of the unatended ordering area, should I join the que or stay where I was?? When ordering my cappachino I was asked for my name and told to go and sit down, my name would be called when my coffee was ready. I was straining to listen for my name due to the general noise of a cafe. Finally had to go and ask if my coffee was ready as my hearing isnt great. Told yes coffee had been ready and had been sat awaiting collection and that I should have informed them that hearing wasn't great when ordering!!

It seems to be a repeated problem with this Starbucks. 4/5 times I've ordered from here on uber eats and purchased a frappe (thick), only to find NO STRAW in the bag. Why are you not double checking everything is in the bag properly? It would not surprise me if other people are missing items because of this failed quality check stage.

I’ve came here a few times and it’s normally great the tables are normally very clean the hygiene is great here however one time our staff forgot our order but in they’re defence they were busy to I think it’s okay, I recommend coming here.Wheelchair accessibility: They are no stairs at all, all you need to is go on a path and go through the door however these doors are not automatic, I would say 4 out of 5.
