I sat here for lunch and it was a great experience. They were quite busy, so service was a bit slow, but the team were really kind and friendly.The food was delicious! I really enjoyed my pizza, it was light and the toppings were great. They had a decent selection of pizzas for meat lovers, veggies and vegans alike!Quality chili oil as well

Decent food, really nice pizzas and great selection of drinks, in a great location. Really let down by incredibly slow service. Waited 30 mins from arrival for drinks to arrive, was over an hour before food arrived which is far too long for pizza. Zero attention from staff, who didn’t tend to our table once in the 2.5 hours we were there, even though they made a point of saying it was table service when we arrived. We had to go to the bar to ask them to come and take orders for additional drinks and dessert which seemed like a chore, after which they took over 20 mins to bring one drink. Shame as the food was actually very good.

We had two pizzas: Hawaii and the Blazing Saddle. The latter highly recommended: the marmalade really adds flavor (and goes well with janapeno) and pulled beef gives it texture. My friend does not like her Hawaii, saying the tomato sauce and ham both lack fragrance and flavor.It will be good if a wider food selection is available.Lovely service.

Good pizza place with a decent (but somewhat limited) veggie and vegan options.They always have good beer and cider on tap or in bottles.Only down side is that it has become hugely popular over the last few years so you need to book and make sure you arrive on time.Vegetarian options: 2 veggie and 2 vegan pizza options

Lovely restaurant with super friendly, efficient, and helpful staff.Pizzas were outstanding, as was the great range of Ciders..The best part was that nearly every pizza base could be gluten-free, so my coeliac partner was in heaven.Could not rate this pizza restaurant enough..We went on a Monday at 5.30 pm, by 6.00 pm it was very busy, a great indication of how good this place is.Dietary restrictions: Great for coeliacs

travelled from London and meet friends at the Stable and had such a pleasant time at this restaurant. Staff are so friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was great and the pizza and drinks were 10/10! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back :)

Shockingly bad compared to a few years ago. 2-3 years ago this place did the best pizzas in Winchester hands down. I noticed it was much worse on a visit 12 months ago but decided to give it another go today assuming last time was a one off- it’ll be the last time! The tomato sauce they now use is flavourless and is either a rubbish cheap substitute compared to previously, or just watered down to cost cut. Secondly: both on this occasion and last time, someone in our party ordered a gluten free base and they massively undercooked it on both occasions… both times the base was sent back to be cooked more… this time, despite being sent back, it was still ridiculously raw in the middle. And they have the audacity to charge extra for the gluten free base?! The tater tots used to be full of sauce and flavour - again they now use a bit of generic spice and a sprinkle of sauce… The message is one of cost-cutting, cheap nasty goods, but with reasonably expensive prices all things considered. Avoid - go around the corner there are far far better options in Winchester.
