“Absolutely gorgeous food. Went for the carvery. Busy on a Sunday as expected so had to wait a long time between getting menus, carvery tickets, drinks and paying the bill. So that's why service got 4 star. Didn't try the desserts as was too full but the family next to us had cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding which looked very tasty. Will definitely be coming back next time we are down in Hereford. Highly recommend. Staff all very friendly and love the local produce. Love the quirky name of the pub too. Can't fault it.

“Visited Monday and Tuesday, no food served. Pretty quiet but everyone friendly and willing to chat. Ate Wednesday, food very good. Lamb shank and steak, both very well cooked, tasty and descent portion size. Would recommend”

“Came today for a Gold package Aftenoon Tea. To say that it was delicious was an understatement! Homemade quiche and sausage rolls were the highlight for me but apparently the massive scones were the hubby’s! Table reserved and ready for us when we arrived, extremely attentive staff who were also happy to swap the Prosecco for coffee for us. 100% recommend, and we will be back very soon”
