Awful!Most of the food advertised was out of stock, the food that we ordered tasted horrible.I ordered a portion of chips and I was given a small bowl with around 8 chips in.The cutlery holders were dirty and had crumbs in the bottom, the cutlery looked like it had been used and then put back in the cutlery holder, it was disgusting.The service at the till was poor, the staff looked miserable and not interested at all about the service they were giving or the customers waiting to be served.Won't be eating here again! AVOID!

We visited the cafe today for lunch, there was a lady on her own and the queue was extremely long, customers where leaving and she was trying her hardest to service as well as plate up food. Two males came about 45 minutes to an hour later this is not acceptable, this happens to this lady on a regular basis and needs to be addressed by head office. Nobody cleans the cafe area tables are left with dirty plates, dirty cups and cutlery. There is enough for one of them to clean the cafe area there is no excuse for them not too. The chips I ordered I could not eat as they were disgusting and they looked like the fat in the fryer needed changing. Somebody seriously needs to take charge to bring the standards up

Stopped in on route to somewhere else, just needed a coffee to keep me going, guy in the cafe opened early to get me one. Much appreciated, good service.

Sat 4th Nov Ordered 2 over 60s tomato soups.After waiting 15mins ,went and asked where is was .was told it was just be being cooked ..A few minutes later came to our table and said there was no tomato, would veg be ok ..10 Min later asked again, where our soup was, ..About 5mins later it came out only just warm .30 mins for 2 soups .Service awful cup of tea with it ok .

Popped in on the way back from Devon for a few bits Thought I'd call in at the cafe for a couple of hot drinks to see us through the journey home. Stood by the counter at 5.50pm to be told 'we're closed my love' Checked the website and it clearly states closes at 6.00pm so either the website is wrong or the staff are wrong. I'll let Asda management sort that one out

None of the equipment works, coffee was instant because machine broken, ovens been broken for several weeks, front chiller obviously broken because it’s empty, drinks chiller nearly empty so I’m guessing that’s broken. Shame on such a big company!!! One member of staff “penny” amazing trying to deal with everything on her own, which I can’t imagine is easy with customers reaction to not being able to have the basics. Time to support your staff Asda head office and get the cafe fixed, it’s shameful

Had the worst breakfast of all time everything was wrong with it ,hard fried eggs, over cooked everything, beans dripping off the plate. Bacon was like shoe leather. Never will I go to an Asda for a meal again in my life,pure crap on a plate!

This was by far the worst food I have ever eaten. I ordered a double chicken burge. What actually arrived was two chicken nuggets on an awful barm with a hint of salad. It was dryer than Ghandis flip flop and took two large cokes to wash down the first mouth full, the rest went in the bin. I'm not even going to start on the staff serving us. I would advise driving straight passed and go straight thought to the next asda in Cheltenham. Your welcome

The food was disgusting. Poor value for money. Feel ripped off. Ordered chicken Tikka curry but was served instead a sweet potato and spinach curry which was bitter. The 50p upgraded fries were pathetic. Half uncooked half rock hard, definitely not fried. Probably the worst food I have ever had.
Food was awful. chips were uncooked, could clearly tell they was microwaved. Also missing lots of other food from menu and staff also forgot to cook parts of our order.

I visited Asda cafe today as I have on many of occasions recently! There are two lovely ladies who work very hard that I think deserve a bit of recognition for there work. Both ladies have black hair One I believe is called Laura or Lauren. Wow is all I can say! Heard lots of negative things about this cafe but honestly these two make it an excellent visit and the food they cooked has been spot on every time. Didn’t wait long although was very busy. They always go above and beyond, always smiling and always make sure we feel like we matter and provide a top service. Nothings ever to much trouble. They interact with all customers all of the time, Not one visit have they left me disappointed. Both girls constantly run off there feet but still provide top customer service. Honestly leave a lasting impression and makes you want to visit again. I do have one negative comment though regarding another lady who is foreign who seems to do nothing but avoid customers. She looks miserable as sin and doesn’t seem to do much if I’m honest. She walks past customers that are waiting as the girls are running around and she can clearly see we are waiting to be served and then comes out with a trolley topping up stock that already is full. But I just want people to know about the two lovely ladies that work there and I hope this gets passed onto them. Huge credit to Asda cafe and just hope they stay as the staff do seem to change a lot.

Dropped in to pick up some groceries and decide to grab a coffee and a bit of brunch. The people ahead of me weee denied their request for chips although I could see them in a fridge. Following that customers discussion with the disorganised staff. I decided on 2 coffees. Only from the machine this was ok despite taking an age. What cannot be forgiven and is absolutely unacceptable is there was no cleaning of tables and the serving station for cutlery sauces etc which was a mess. Post pandemic additional cleaning is vital for safety and customer confidence. We will not return.

Visited today around 1pm. There was no food in any fridges. Very little selection. Bought 3 drinks which were all out of date! November 2021! Waiting time to be served took ages. Very disorganised and absolute chaos. People were ordering drinks and having to ask for cleaner cups. Every table was a mess and I had to use a baby wipe to clean it before we could sit down. Very rude staff behind the tills. It could just be due to being stressed out however could speak to both customers and each other a bit better. The young lady who I spoke to about it was really nice. Don’t think I’ll return in a hurry.

We’re to start well I witnessed an elder lady member of of staff verbally assault another member of staff reducing her to tears the language and names towards this young woman was disgraceful myself an other members of public who witnessed this made complaints but nothing was done about it surely this company can’t tolerate bullying yesterday I witnessed similar behaviour from a female staff member towards a young male member the company really need to take a look at the new staff they have employed the cafe is going down hill the place is filthy full off dust on the servery ect and I was sold mouldy bread on my order shocking
