Ollie was an amazing host , top lad ! Even when they didn’t have coke cans left he went above and beyond and got x2 takeaway cups for us !If you like burgers , and want more flavour with local ingredients this is the place to go !

Me and my family absolutely adore this place! We come here with every opportunity and are constantly pleased and surprised with the quality of service and food compared to many other places we’ve been to. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing, a gorgeously designed place and i find good music is always playing. With such lovely staff who are always enthusiastic and kind, you are promised to feel welcome every time.I personally recommend the falafel burger as it is my personal favourite, it has wonderful flavours and is a great vegetarian option which i think most would enjoy. A cheeky side of rosemary fries is a must! Absolutely delicious! An added touch to your fries you never thought you needed.But i can assure anything you decide to order will be thoroughly enjoyed and will constantly be craved, you’ll always want to come back!!If you’re looking for a new place to try definitely check this place out!

Polite, prompt, patient service. A wonderful family friendly experience. It was my daughter’s birthday and we all enjoyed our visit. The mushroom ketchup on the truffle burger was delicious. All the flavours worked really well together and I can never resist the cheesy curds. The food was exceptional. Dani and Rosie were so helpful and took excellent care of us. The kitchen team looked very busy, clearly doing a fabulous job of making sure we didn’t wait long. Thank you very much to everyone @Burger shop.

I have visited The Burger Shop numerous times and it is always such good food, atmosphere and service. They always keep the menu fresh yet retain a few trust favourites. Rosie is an absolutely star and made sure we had what we needed. It is BY FAR the best burger restaurant in Hereford and a solid favourite of mine.
We conme here on purpose, its better than the over hyped beefyboys. Better prices and the food is generally better.

We enjoyed the Burger Shops new take on their burgers. A big improvement on there previous burgers. Unfortunately the meal was made a little uncomfortable to one of the staff, the assistant manager - Danny - was quite abrupt and not very helpful in making sure our needs were met. We asked for a different table to what Danny allocated and her energy and reply was was quite short and unhelpful. We felt like a burden because of this. This type of experience will certainly make me think twice on the next time we decide to go and eat at The Burger Shop.

Visited while in town and was very impressed. Staff were brilliant friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and very tasty.

We had a group booking for an Xmas party for 15 people and each paid a deposit. On the day we had more than could have been anticipated cancellations due to illnesses/family emergencies. The burger shop were informed of these by 1pm on the day and upon arrival I was greeted poorly by the manager working at the time. I did not feel welcome at all.It was cramped and couldn't get in and out of tables without other guests having to get up and move to let us through.We all had our food & drinks which were amazing! But the food which was cancelled they still tried to serve to us. They then tried to charge us for the food which was cancelled and we did not have.Again the manager was rude and clearly did not have the time for us and I could not wait to get out of there.
