We called in on December 23rd. We’re familiar with CN but not the Hereford branch. I’m sorry to say we were unimpressed. Every table had dirty cups, plates and food debris on it and I had to move some of it so we could have a clear table. The place really needs a deep clean. The floor and walls were filthy. I also noticed that the toilet cleaning rota had been filled in for the whole day in advance, with no evidence anyone had done any cleaning for quite a while.The hot chocolate was adequate but there was a very poor range of food to buy. We would have complained but the staff were dismissive, so we’ll vote with our feet and never go there again.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options.

Received a birthday cake treat on Nero app, so I tried a slice of pistachio & chocolate mousse cake today and it is super light and delicious. Would definitely have it again.Got caramel latte from my full stamps on loyalty card too ~ happy day. Lovely cheerful staff. Thank you. ?☕️?

The coffee and staff are great but this place is REALLY let down by how dirty it is - the public spaces as well as customer toilets. No improvement whatsoever since last visit. Sort it out!

loads of flies all over the food at the counter (literally sat on/crawling over the pastries and stuff), then flies all around the tables where i was trying to eat. every now and then i’d see someone at another table bat at the air? amazing staff, really lovely, just lots and lots of flies.

We decided to come here for breakfast as the Hotel we were staying at charged £16.00 for breakfast, which we thought quite expensive over three days !

One of the scruffiest coffee shops I have ever been in! Slow service. Tables crowded together. The place is tired and does not feel clean, tray was dirty. Glad to get out, do not bother with your Meerkat discount, go somewhere decent.

Called in this morning (Sat 21st Jan) and it was very busy with a constant que. Usual little girl serving who is brilliant but on her own. How she coped I do not know and I hope your boss respects how good you are.
