What a find!Food was absolutely superb; wonderfully presented and a delight to the palate. Portion sizes are also perfectly judged - enough to satisfy without making you feel too full.With haggis bon bons serving as an excellent amuse bouche and a delightful bread, our expectations were high! We enjoyed scallops and beef tartare as starters. For mains, we indulged in the seared beef pave, the belly pork and the cod. When it came to desserts, rhubarb souffle and the coconut parfait rounded off the evening with the latter being our choice of the night.Wine selection was also excellent and reasonably priced. The wine sommelier is very knowledgeable and certainly knows his stuff. We elected to try the wine pairings with desserts and agreed that they rounded off the meal perfectly.Ambience was great too. Tables are suitably spaced although sound levels could do with dampening slightly (only noticeable when every table was full). As if that wasn't enough, the complimentary minibus service then dropped us back home.Prices are on the higher side but you definitely get what you pay for! Long may it continue..... We will definitely be back!

We had a such lovely evening at Carriages celebrating with our family. Tanya looked after us and made sure our evening was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful and do an excellent job. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. There was an excellent range of wines. We will definitely return.

Wow!!!! Another excellent evening at Carriages. This time the occasion was for our Christmas meal. There were 8 of us. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food, the relaxed ambiance and the excellent attentive service from Hannah and her team. The food and its presentation was amazing. Who knew turkey could be so tasty ? . We were the last to leave but didn’t feel rushed. The transport was ready to take us home. Everyone could not do enough for us. We all had a brilliant night and can’t wait to visit again. We are looking forward to the new January menu. Merry Christmas to you all ?

Visited this evening 25th November with my wife and her parents for my birthday. To start, we liken the food quality, ambience and service to that of Dubai or London where we used to live. This little gem is a hidden delight, boasting everything you could expect from fine dining in a Michelin star restaurant, my lord, the food is all about quality, the look and feel inside is simply the best around and well, the service and team top it off being attentive and personable - namely Roma who looked after us extremely well, next time we come, we want him sat at our table great guy!... I am a fussy chap .. but they nailed it... we will be back again and again!! And again

Special thanks who initially was our waiter and the other young lady ( sorry didn't get her name) Also the lovely Staff who made my friends birthday so special ❤️

This is a restaurant team going the extra mile to supply the highest quality food and service.My wife and I visited for a special occasion in October. On arrival we were met by a doorman who checked our booking. A concierge then escorted us upstairs to the dining area. The whole experience was very slick and polished being similar to that provided by high end restaurants in the States.Our meal was superb, and whilst I had to return myperfectly cooked main course for being a little cold the team worked hard to compensate and ensure the rest of our evening was perfect. So much so that not only was our bill reduced, they also even drove us home in their courtesy bus which provided my wife and I with our first ever journey in an all-electric vehicle.The location of Carriages is unique in being situated in an office complex, but it didn’t subtract from the aesthetics. It would be nice if in the future they could bring the restaurant into central Hereford as at present there is a complete dearth of any fine dining to be had.We wish the team at Carriages every success in the future.

The location of Carriages is unique in being situated in an office complex, but it didn’t subtract from the aesthetics. It would be nice if in the future they could bring the restaurant into central Hereford as at present there is a complete dearth of any fine dining to be had. We wish the team at Carriages every success in the future.

Blown away. I was taken here by my husband for our 35th wedding anniversary. A little bit sceptical going through a business estate, however, what a place..... amazing food, congrats to the chefs. The manager, Hannah, was so enthusiastic about place and the story behind it, what a concept. Anyone local should visit here in a heartbeat. A hidden gem that is sure to get popular very quickly.
