Thank you to the lovely staff who helped the rescue of our lunch and drinks after my MS meant I dropped our order on the table. They cleaned it up and replaced all spilt drinks and soggy food. Amazing service.

It closes too early (I'm not from UK, so having cafes closing at 3 or 6 pm is too early). And 30 mins before the close time, they would be storing all products. So I recommend, if you want to have coffee in Costa Coffe (or any other place), keep in mind that you have until 5 pm to really enjoy it IN the place.In their screens, they said they have mapple products, but it was not true (I went to 3 different places)Coffee is not strong; therefore, sometimes the beverage lacked of flavor.

i was stood there at the till waiting to be served and the two ladies were more interested in talking to each other and doing other things than serving me, i get that you’re busy and you have a to do list but at least serve a customer first, it’s embarrassing for costa, a chain coffee group to be acting like this. if anyone is looking for a coffee shop to visit in hereford you’re better off going to the coffee cart instead of this place, they actually know customer service

Usual costa choice. Loved the area it was in and that you could sit out even if it was raining as seating is covered. Sadly, however, the toilet needed a good clean, and tables needed clearing.

Asked for a white hot chocolate; I've had it in other costas and it tastes good, then obviously barely put any flavouring in here and I just paid £3.70 for a glass of warm milk-
Service was a little slow, girl seemed a bit flustered making the drinks. All OK and as expected.

I threw 2 coffees across the table and my wife! The staff were so quick to tidy it all up, replaced the coffees and helped my wife sort herself out. Top marks guys.

Really nice and cozy place, me and my gf come here all the time before collage to get work done and just to chill, nice friendly staff, nice and quite place, the atmosphere is super cozy and comfortable seats, would 100% recommend :)
