been to many costa this one was by far the worst, visited 28th august at 12. 15 , no bread for toast , no teacakes, kept waiting for 20 mins. kept giving people who came in after me their drinks, no large cups had to have a takeaway cup forgot to put coffee in my frappe, lots of people waiting for service, certainly wont visit this one again

Sat outside amongst a load of rubbish all around there outside space I t was like a rubbish tip plastic cups blowing around making a noise around us I feel this is not on when spend 3half quid on coffee and how much for a toasted sandwich? Plus cake!!! This is do out order feel staff just dame right lazy!!!! They clearly done care!! Then later on we experience a series of collecting chairs and banging around how can you possibly relax and enjoy your experience this is just so unexcepable I mean who manages this and does anyone even care anymore,, or we public there to be abused and just put up all this s... T

I ordered click and collect as I didnt have time to que and had mydog with me so couldn't go in. The app said 5-8 minutes I waited a total of 25 minutes for my order during which I had to leave my dog outside alone to ask where it was to which the girl at the counter replied "oh yeah there was one" no apology or anything. I appreciate they get busy but 25 minutes is a joke!

Fabulous staff, very friendly and polite not waiting forever excellent service and manners, nothing is too much and they always have time just to pop over say hello and if everything's OK, love this place and the staff.

Costa not at its best due to lack of things to eat, most cakes stands were empty but the coffee was as good as ever, must remember to go in earlier before all the other customers grab the goodies.

The drinks were fine as per usual, even with an unbothered attitude when ordering, but I could see customers trying to order whilst the staff behind the counter were having a very loud argument. The entire cafe could hear everything, and then the manager (I assume) came round and complained to the customers about it. It seemed a very petty and unprofessional environment to be in. As a customer, I felt very uncomfortable having to hear every part of their argument. (The subject matter of said argument was also very petty might I add!) No professional attitude to be found.

All staff are extremely friendly, serve swiftly and are always accommodating of different tastes and needs.\\nStarted attending this store late 2016, but back then I never had a love for coffee! It was only when I had been recommended their hot chocolates followed by mochas and over the years fair few different combinations of drinks by store manager Simon I realised my love for their hot chocolates, mochas and after Merton g Ben, their coconut and hazlenut combos that they cannot get rid of me! I have been in love with their hazelnut lattes and mocha ever since. All staff always make me feel right at home and when bringing friends or family into town this is the first store I recommend due to their amazing service. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful staff member, perhaps the manager? Quick delivery after app purchase. All food was as good as it could possibly be given the National Chain products. Excellent disabled access for motorised buggy.
