We did a bottomless cocktail brunch. They were certainly free with the drinks and kept asking if we wanted refills. The food was delicious and just the right amount.

Left hungry and disappointed.Had really high hopes for this place, the cocktails and small plates looked and sounded amazing. The service was good but we waited almost an hour for our food and when it did come it was all a bit meh, lacked flavour and creativity. The most ridiculous part of the meal was the truffle fries, they were barely worthy of being on a weatherspoons menu. At £7.50 a portion they need to seriously re think their ingredients. The fries were bone dry with no seasoning, some Parmesan was thrown on top with a very faint flavour of truffle and some sliced garlic. They were so bad we couldn’t eat them. The Hereford Beef was bland, the roast chicken was ok, however, the cauliflower steak was quite yummy and had the most flavour out of everything we ate. The service was good, the waiter was very attentive and kept us updated on our food. My husband said the cocktails were good, old fashioned was ok but not the best he’d had. I did get the feeling that they were either short staffed or didn’t have their regular chef in the kitchen? I’m not from the area, had taken my husband away for his 40th birthday and had booked here for dinner one night.
