I know they're busy, but they left the cranberry drizzle off our Xmas pizza. I wasn't that impressed with the quality either. I've had better and much better.

Staff were fantastic and quick turnaround. Pizzas were real good and reasonably priced but lost a star due to the high taste of salt . Had the cinnamon dough balls with melted chocolate. Well worth going just for them ?

Pizza is always fantastic and you know exactly what your getting. I do find on occasions the staff are unwilling to help and can be very abrupt. Obviously parking can also be an issue with farmfoods next door. Atmosphere is what you would expect to find at a takeaway place. Staff seemed crammed like sardines on busy nights.

Tasteless pizza, very pricey for poor quality food/ingredients and my vegetarian had sausage on it so couldn't eat it once I noticed the mistake they made. Will never eat here again.Vegetarian options: The staff clearly don't understand about vegetarianism or food intolerance

Awful place and staff. I will never order from them again. Customer service is terrible over the phone and delivery service poor. I ordered for the first time on 3rd June for a birthday treat and it to be delivered and it took nearly 2 hours by the time it arrived. Pizza’s were cold also. I had rang them 3 times to complain. A staff member said that when we order next time we would get a free pizza and that it would flag up on the system with my telephone number that we would be entitled to our free pizza. Of course when I go to order this evening they have nothing on the system and just say sorry can’t do anything about it. Not good enough.
Like every Domino's across the country. At least you know what you're getting as they cook to a standard formula.

I would say the people here doesn't have the basic knowledge what is customer service is and the Manager is the most arrogant one on 22.03.2023 @ 6.45 PM who should be removed or degraded by his post to learn something on Customer behaviour at the earliest they asked me come to there store to pick an item which was missing from there order i requested them to get it delivered as they have there own delivey service but he denied to do that .I said I can come tomorrow with the card to get it refunded ,but he said not possible it has to be done today ,I would give them zero star ⭐ Wouldn't recommend them to anyone .

Went to collect and by the time I had gotten home, I realised they had forgotten one pizza. Unfortunately, this happened to be my pizza. I've made mistakes, everyone has. We're only human but customer service is an expected thing when it is company error. Phoned up and the woman on the phone said I could either come collect it or she would refund me the money. My point being that I had no food in the house to eat and that was my only tea, I asked if she could get someone to deliver it and she said that I would have to pay the delivery fee. It was Domino's mistake, so no, I'm not paying your delivery fee and I'm also not bothering to call back out to you when I don't live near Domino's. Just out of pure principle, I'm never ordering Domino's again because they clearly don't care about customers.

As quite a regular customer we alway pre order - very often a long wait which is acceptable as they’re busy - staff are helpful but today I ordered a medium pizza , got it home and it seemed burnt or reheated - I thought maybe it had bbq sauce on instead - I rang them and was told to bring it back for them to replace - I got back in the car back to dominoes to then be told by the manager they wouldn’t replace it ! Totally unhelpful manager - I won’t go there again .
