“The restaurant is easy to find, the place itself is cozy, not so big but nice and therefore the staff is super friendly and customer focused.We enjoyed the evening with great food prepared right aways after ordering, the quality of the food was great and the pairing wines too.All in all was great evening thanks to the staff and great food we had at Ponte Vecchio.”

“We booked a table for 3 and was given a nice table with comfy chairs. Enjoyed all the dishes and one cocktail.As the restaurant was busier, staff were working flat out and the chef kept saying ‘service please’ repeatedly and it’s kind of disturbing. On the other hand we didn’t want to see food getting cold on the counter either. Could there be a better solution when busy?”

“I came here with my friend for a lovely meal and catch up. We were quickly shown to a table by a friendly waitress, the restaurant wasn't too busy so there were plenty of seats to choose from. The drinks and food came quickly and was really tasty. During our meal the waitress must have finished and we had what I think was the lady manager. She wasn't overly friendly and her attitude was different to the other lady we had. Optional service charge is already on the bill so you just have to agree or disagree with having it on there. Overall we had a great time, we weren't rushed, the atmosphere was good and the food was delicious”

“Greeted and offered indoor or outdoor table, was a lovely evening so sat out. Restaurant was extremely busy as was outside, fantastic waitress who was covering a lot of tables but still very attentive. Food was very good, not the biggest of portions but hot and fresh.”
