Rang to make a group booking and was met with the most preposterous reaction. First bewilderment as to why one would want to visit their restaurant, Second an inability to comprehend a booking for multiple people, Third a lecture on how difficult accommodating such a number of people would be. Bizarre and unfriendly.

Great food and service but didn't appreciate the small dog that wanders around!

Disappointed, unwelcome reception from the female owner and generally unclean surroundings. Definitely won't be returning.

Just love this restaurant, one of my favourites in Herefordshire. Delicious homemade food, great ambience and cool music.

Outstanding food, with a lovely atmosphere inside. Always a pleasure to dine at Jules.

Fantastic original local food in a traditional herefordshire country restaurant. The menu had a great variety of dishes with lots of ingredients locally sourced and all much more interesting than your standard pub fare. It was all cooked to perfection and thoroughly enjoyed. Ideal for small groups and couples.Parking: Parking on the street outside in the centre of a small village, roads are narrow best suited to smaller vehicles.

We decided to revisit after coming once more than 10 years ago. We will NOT be leaving it that long before visiting again. Everything we ate was delicious. I love the ambience and decor of the restaurant, it’s really nostalgic for me and reminds me of the restaurant my grandparents owned. We found it to be of great value for money for 3 courses and 2 drinks. Highlights: Belly pork and the chocolate pot with a fantastic cafe latte ice cream. Well done Jules! 5*

Went for our anniversary. Starters were as usual, outstanding. Kiev was excellent, boar casserole not so good, dry meat sauce lacked flavour. Desserts good. Lone waitress rushed off her feet. Owner not really helping.

I had dinner first night in town, was absolutely outstanding. Went back for another evening , again outstanding. Dessert....Creme Brulee....wow. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

A busy restaurant, obviously popular with locals. We hadn't booked but they managed to find us a table. We had a lovely lunch, the menu offered a range of meals. The pulled pork was delicious.
