My food got delivered Cold/warm "tepid" I politely spoke to a member of staff and they said "I can make you another but it will be the same!!!" I left and doubt i will return to the hereford branch of KFC. Avoid the only thing worse than the food is the customer service!!

Cold. Waste of money every time and I have now put my foot down. Going forward I refuse to spend money on treating us and the kids to this takeaway, always hoping for a tasty takeaway dinner and it just rarely delivers on quality, eggy smelling chicken, freezing cold lumpy gravy, they know the quality is rubbish that'll be why they don't give out the finger wipes because they know full well it is simply NOT finger licking good. Kids Fat Camp (KFC) nooope because most of it along with my money goes straight in the bin.

Not a bad experience, but not good either. It's ok for the younger generation who like the self service screens to make their orders. I'm the older type and found the 20 questions too much when I only wanted the standard order. Then when I collected my order I found it looked like they cooked a pigeon rather than a chicken,the pieces could not be any smaller. On the plus side,it did taste wonderful.

Slow service, with lots of delivery pick-ups which do not appear on the order queue. You can be waiting for half an hour for a piece of chicken while new delivery drivers come in, queue behind you, pick up their stuff before you get yours and leave before you take your first bite.
