We didn’t eat in, ordered takeaway with delivery. Unfortunately food arrived late due to a new delivery driver. However customer service was above and beyond. Food was delicious and we will order again!

This is a fantastic indian restaurant. Food superb , cant fault it... we were a group of 8, everyone was served food at the same time. Excellent value and quality. Entrance bad for disabled no handles or ramps in but food

Perhaps a little mean to review a place based upon two dishes. I tried chicken Madras, boring but a good test of the place, and lamb tikka Flying Monkey, presented as a more authentic dish. Are they basically the same sauce with small tweaks? Yes! Almost indistinguishable apart from the presence of a large onion in the lamb dish. But if similar, are they individually rewarding? No! Complete absence of individual spice flavours. The lamb so tough as to be inedible. The accompanying plain rice felt like it was cooked a few days ago. Having said that, at 7 in the evening the place was packed. The people of Hereford obviously know what they like.
Cannot fault the service excellent. My sister is diabetic and didn't eat her food as it was to sweet for her .Couldn't belive they went and got her something else she wasnt complaining but wow what great service we had a lovely evening and good food.

We ordered a takeaway from Mary Gold this week and were really impressed with the quality and taste of the food. The only issue was trying to get through to the restaurant to order. It took several attempts to speak to someone which is not ideal and when the call did go through, it was a bad crackly line. The quality of the food was soon worth it and easily one of the tastiest Chicken Madras I've ever tried. Thank you.
