Food is usually cold , burgers look nothing like the menu, drive through is so far from fast food it's comical .

Honestly sick of wait times, ordered off just eat a little over an hour ago and still nothing, no one answers the phone and the app shows they are still preparing it, surely it can't take over an hour for 2 burgers.

40 minute queue for Drive Thru. Gridlock as parked cars cannot get out for the Drive Thru queue. Got told to wait in parked bay. Waited another 30 minutes and they had forgotten about our order. Was given the order with items missing and half made items included. Were that hungry by the end of it we just had to eat it rather than complain again. Save yourself and go to the other McDonalds or KFC.

I go there very often i cant say the food is bad...it tastes fine The issue comes with service 80% of the time i use the drive thru Almost...pretty much every time there is something missing in the order But the queue for the drive thru is terrible There is always a lane where you wait for more than 30 minutes While the other one clears up in 10 min If you dont have enough staff to run 2 lanes for leave only 1 open only.... Lack of management

It's madness in here all the time and they don't seem to have the capacity to rectify this. Staff are always rushing round, and can be quite snappy, it gets way too busy to sit in and enjoy a meal. Drive in is pandemonium around peak times. Food comes out decent when the order is correct. Milkshakes are hardly ever available.Parking: You can end up stuck when drive through is busy.

Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to in 40 plus years. Long wait for cold food, lots of people complaining their order was incorect. Car park and drive chaos too. it was Saturday lunchtime but that's no excuse.

Just had a drive through. Apple pie was missing, but fella said he thought it had been given. The replacement had a 'discard at 14.10' sticker on it and the time was 16.30.Chips were stone cold too.Unimpressive !Could do a lot better, considering MD is no longer a cheap option.

Went through the two side drive through on the right. Same time as a another person. They put their order in and I wait to put mine in. Someone else pulls up in the left and gets their order in before me. How? Is the person on the kiosk blind? Do they have eyes?I swear everytime I get anything from there, the sauces are forgotten too, probably 6 times now. Yeah I'll enjoy my dry nuggets... again... thanks... again.I really don't get how hard it is to put sauces in a bag...
The service here is always super slow and things are missed. Slowest Macdonald's I've ever been to but I've persisted because it's on a route I drive often. I just prepare for a very long wait!

Large fries half full with 3 sweet n sour dips in the carton on top of chips. Milk shake half full and I mean half full and 2 nuggets short allbon ond order!! I suggest people open their bags and check their orders before they drive off. Perhaps this franchise will sort this out when the que is so long that people stop going there. Either they are robbing us blind or some serious staff training is needed.

Changed a bit over the years, needs the old pub car park brought back to help ease congestion at busy periods.McDonalds isn’t particularly good value anymore when you look at their pricing properly. Yes you have the bargain menu, but the rest of it is just shooting up.Food if you’re in a hurry. I just needed the toilet so it was convenient to be honest, on a Sunday morning.
