The place was a mess. Every table was full of cups plates trays not one table clean staff bring food out but not take anything back to kitchen to be washed never been to a bad cafe like this

Unfortunately not the best breakfast, it arrived cold not sure how as the plate was warm,it wasn't overly busy at the till as I could see that from my seat,the whole place was cold,when I had a cooked breakfast in Morrisons in Malven that was great,so never again Hereford Morrisons.

Paid at the robot, told to take a card for service, waited & then told “not available for drinks!”Whilst waiting I asked a young lad if he wouldn’t mind giving the table a wipe, he looked at me & walked off! He returned & gave it a begrudging wipe and sloped off- never said a word! Top class customer service

We went for breaksfast didn’t get what I wanted and £17.50 for two breakfast which contained 1 mushroom 2 hash pot of beans 2 toast and two microwaved poached eggs each a total rip off no wonder we haven’t been there for years won’t be going back there again

Had the small breakfast for lunch 2nd June 23. Plate was cold, beans like warm and the toast was cold with lurpack butter melted. Very poor.

I would like to thank a lady called Andrea very much for making me the afternoon tea for two to take away. It was fantastic value for the money very fresh and tasty. Infact its too much for two people all at once.

Our family go to, always nice atmosphere and breakfast. Wheelchair friendly and always helpful staff.

Ordered off the touchscreen by the entrance of this cafe. We’ve been here before and it’s been relatively good and cheap. Today we ordered the crumpets and sticky toffee pudding with cream. About 10 minutes after ordering we were told there was no crumpets and the other option was toast which my girlfriend agreed to. When our food arrived we got toast and sticky toffee pudding with custard which I mentioned and they said they didn’t have cream so there’s nothing they can do. Food was ok until I was half way through my sticky toffee pudding and bit into something hard which I thought was a date but when pulled out of my mouth was a shard of white plastic. I flagged down one of the workers to which they said ‘alright’ and with no apology, took it away along with the plastic and replaced it with the same attitude it was served. Overall not a good experience, not nice service and unprofessional dealings with foreign objects in food!
Came in with a friend and we had the two breakfasts for £10 which I thought was a very reasonable price food came out promptly and was tasty. Staff were friendly. The reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was because the food wasn’t as hot as would expect it to be considering how quick the food came. Would definitely visit again.

Morrisons Pharmacy Hereford. Do not use for private prescriptions !!!
I have been waiting over 1 month now for customer services to reply to my email with regard to the shocking overcharging of drugs.
I was charged £27 extra for prescription drugs due to the doctor prescribing 14 instead of a full pack of 28.
4 other pharmacies in Hereford were shocked at the charge.
Every other pharmacy that we have used (4 ) split their pack but morrisons were going to charge me for the extra tablets that they were throwing away ( Unsure why they couldn't store them like all other pharmacies ! ).
