Turned up last night (6th Jan) and was told that there was a 25 mintue wait..... No problem, we will go for a walk until you call. 45 minutes later we finally get a call to go back and that a table is ready.When we arrive we are seated, only to then be told that nearly half the stuff on the menu is not available (both mains and sides). To be told this after walking around in the cold for not far off an hour was a joke. As there was basically f all on the menu, we got up and left and had to then make do with a takeaway...... Something we could have got an hour earlier!! 1/10!!

Quick visit on new year's eve for lunch. I appreciate this as a busy time however service non existent. We were showed to our table then pretty much left to our own devices. Call me old fashioned but it's not asking much to at least have someone available to take a food/drink order. The table next to us probably noticed we looked a little lost so advised us to order with a QR code on the app, pay online then have the food brought to the table?! Which we did. We waited a little while in the canteen type dining area. No actual bar just bottled drinks in a fridge or help yourself soft drink. Collect your own cutlery. I wouldn't have been surprised at that point if I'd have been expected to go and make my own burger! When the food arrived it left alot to be desired. Couple of greasy bits of chicken thigh, slapped between two pieces of chewy dry roll, a sad looking bit of lettuce and a dollop of sauce for around £12 I believe then additional charge for any sides. I'm not sure if this is standard practice for Nando's or if it was just this particular establishment but it's safe to say I won't be returning.

Absolutely awful chicken burgers.Meals for 1 South african adult and 2 children.Ordered 2 burgers and chicken wings.Wings were great for one child.2 burgers were horrendous..Rolls were inedible and had to be wasted.Chicken fillets were completely dry and tasteless and had to be left .Complaints weren't made at the time as children are neurodiversant and making a scene would have caused an issue.Will not visit again.Staff great.Food abysmalCost of £44.£44 completely wasted and kids had to have another meal elsewhere immediately after.

We went there quite late, they are out of everything. Ordered the bottomless yoghurt, paid for it and when I tried to get some they were out and only had a small ice-cream instead.Everything else was alright, staff were friendly.

I went in just for some fries and glass of wine, fries came in a tiny bowl ,thimble size was close.The wine glass dirty, and roof leaking, table was a swimming

Was advised that if I booked online via QR code I'd get 3 free wings. Great, so I did. Then another member of staff came over and said that if I complete the survey that would be emailed to me and rated them a 5, I would get the free wings. I refused and still received the wings. So,Jamie, your underhand tactics to try to increase ratings earned you the opposite review you clearly intended,l. This is for encouraging dishonest reviews for personal gain.
Poor quality service and substandard food. Made to feel quite unwanted as a customer and I shall not return. Disappointing as we had taken Australian visitors there who were left with a bad experience.

The food was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered via the app from our table and as soon as it went through the staff were on it, brought our drinks over straight away. We really enjoyed this Nandos and will happily visit again.

Nando’s is normally one of my favourite places to dine in Hereford, decant food , good service but I went here with a few friends recently and I ordered the olives and a drink while my friend ordered a drink and some fries. Usually they don’t take too long but for some reason they took quite a while, I’d say around 27 minutes. My friend went to the counter asking where the fries are . The guy said that they made the food but the receipt got lost . So they printed a new one. We finally got the food but turns out that the fries were slightly cold , their was a hair in it and a little bit of paper in it . Anyway the staff apologised for the inconvenience but me and my friends were still disappointed about the experience.
