Totally first class. We called in for breakfast & we happily surprised at the excellent choices available, perfect for our various tastebuds requirements. Dog friendly inside & outside seating area. Fairly priced too. Staff were professional, friendly & accommodating. Whilst we went for Sunday breakfast, they also do Sunday roast dinners, lunchtime and evening meals throughout the week. Would definitely recommend & return again.

Disappointing. Pared down ‘seasonal’ menu, which is understandable, but some of these minimal choices weren’t available either. Very slow service, especially considering that it was very quiet when we arrived. Drinks order taken 20 minutes after we sat down, food didn’t arrive for over half an hour. Food was ok, but nothing special. Nobody came to check on us or offer us further drinks or desserts. Gave up waiting for the bill so paid at the counter.

This is my new favourite restaurant. After several breakfast visits in the last month; me and my business colleague keep wanting to come back. Sharon’s service was excellent. Great quality food, cooked perfectly. We will be back soon.

We have been into the restaurant 3-4 times in December for a lovely breakfast, the service is always amazing, Sharon always makes us feel welcome whenever we’re there, the breakfast is absolutely stunning and deffinently the best in Hereford.

I was taken here for an evening meal. The food and service were superb. I had stuffed butternut squash. Generous portions, beautifully cooked. Fabulous ambience, excellent coffee. I highly recommend and presume their breakfasts and lunches are equally good.

Popped in for a quick lunch. A fresh bottle of water was provided on the table as i sat down. I had a really tasty sandwich which came with salad. Lovely food, can highly recommend it.Vegetarian options: Good quality vegetarian options available.

After being let down by another restaurant our family get-together of 15 needed somewhere to eat. The Den were super accommodating. Even though it was near the end of service they were able to fit us in. A lovely location for a festive family meal.

Took my wife for a birthday meal, I'm coeliac and she is intolerant to dairy and gluten. Service was excellent and the staff had to put up with us asking loads of questions. Food was great and we were able to choose from the festive menu. Lovely evening. Thank you.
We attended a works Christmas breakfast today. There were 10 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent service and the staff were very attentive. The food was delicious. This is our 3rd visit to The Den and we will be returning. Thankyou

We were on a mini break and wanted to have a relaxed meal out. We couldn't have picked a better place. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a lovely waiter called Chloe who was very attentive but not over the top or rushing us. The food was super, a good range of began and meat dishes to suit both of us. The atmosphere was lovely and seasonal with works parties going on as well. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Hereford, great food/service and no bull! Thank you J and L xx

The food was so mouth watering and the perfect amount served, genuinely the best thing me and my mum have tasted in ages. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend, the staff who server us (Sharon and Jade) are very welcoming and kind with not just us but other customers as well. Just the whole vibe is cosy and spectacular.

Visited with a friend today for lunch, the service was great, attentive and friendly. The food was fresh, delicious and served quickly - the vegan soup was a hit! Sharon kept checking we were happy and had all we needed. Will definitely return often as more vegan options were available.
