The Shack is the most incredible venue. We fell in love with it when we first went to the open day and knew it would be perfect for our wedding day. On the run up to the wedding both Emily and Jacob were fab. Nothing was too much trouble and no question was a stupid one. They were so helpful. On the day, Jacob and the team were amazing. The day ran so smoothly but the team were so chilled and made us feel the same. We cannot thank The Shack enough for all they did for us. We wholeheartedly recommend them. We’ll miss the venue to be honest but will definitely make the effort to go and visit Hereford again and go to events at The Shack whenever we can. Thanks so much!

We had our wedding here a couple of weeks ago and there really aren't enough words to describe how brilliant both the space and the team are. If you're looking for somewhere to have the most fun wedding you could possibly imagine - this is it. The venue is so relaxed and cool, plus a total blank canvas if you want to put your own stamp on it creatively. They have a wicked black book of recommended suppliers (Beefy Boys being the only food option you should be considering!!), and the bar is ridiculously well stocked - plus they know their stuff when it comes to cocktails. Our mojitos and caipirinhas were DELICIOUS! Nothing is too much trouble for Jacob and the team, and they're just so much fun. They are so on board with whatever ridiculous idea you bring to them and will do whatever they can to make sure your day is all about you. Our day was flawless, we are so grateful for how hard you all worked to make sure everything went to plan on the day, and for ensuring the whole process was seamless from start to finish. The Shack wedding team were awesome from start to finish, the venue itself is gorgeous so you can do as little or as much as you want with it. We also had enough room for a band, DJ and sparkly dancefloor for our evening party. The food and drink were fabulous, and the staff and the standard of service they gave were excellent.The only thing that spoiled the venue for me was the noise level. We were at a very busy wedding reception, and the lack of soft furnishings made it very noisy. Concrete floors, concrete and brick walls with corrugated iron ceilings mean there's nothing to absorb the sound of a hundred or more guests each trying to hold a conversation. My ears were ringing afterwards. Some carpeting and a suspended ceiling would probably have done wonders.When it wasn't raining, it was possible to escape to the outdoor courtyard which was much quieter.Apart from this, as mentioned, it was a super venue. Had the noise level been lower I'd have given it five stars.

The Shack Revolution, what a dream find you are! The perfect choice for us, the aesthetics, the vibes and modern approach to weddings, ticking all the boxes, easy city location but with all the facilities you need. As much as we loved the venue, we have to say, it was the experience we had from day one that we loved the most. They always had time for us and felt like they were happy to go the extra mile to create the day we wanted, even for this very extra and detail focused Bride. They are upfront, honest, relaxed and bring the energy, as well as fabulous margaritas! A real breath of fresh air. The venue and the team were a huge factor in the success of the day, everyone, including suppliers, had nothing but praise, and what made it even better was the fact that we could all see that you were having fun right there with us. The Shack is not just a venue, they make it so much more and we are now trying to find another reason to go back, we love and miss you already!
