Only two other customers in this large cafe, yet every table full of left overs and used crockery. Floor felt like it had just had a coating of vegetable oil. Self service and payment and yet the staff then come from the back to check you've paid. Then back and hide again. Go clean the tables for God's sake.

Morrisons is my only local decent supermarket or Aldi, no frills decent opening hours and petrol station as well, not sure why the ? Stephen H is on about Nov 23 because I'm pretty sure he hasn't visited every morrisons supermarket in the country, probably 3 or 4 at the most to compare it to, like all the other ?s these days "awww best I have ever had" to a takeaway with a food hygiene certificate of 1*. But that is the world we live in

I wish we hadn't bothered, the order machine was not working so we went to the till only for that to stop working & the person on the till to disappear. when some one came back they told me to order at the machine. about 4 other couples & us walked away, we were all not happy. the worse Morrisons ever.

Staff were excellent but food was awful. Carrots on my chicken dinner were rock hard. When asking for them to be cooked, I was told, "i know, they are always like that"? If so, why don't you cook them properly? The only two vegtables that they serve are cheap peas and rock hard carrots. Im sure the fried foods are fine. Chips on the wife's meal were terrible. As if hot held for hours and gone dry as a bone. Loads of food off the menu like fish and chips. How can you have a kitchen in a supermarket and run out of food........anyway, if it weren't for the extremely pleasant staff, it would be no score at all....

Sadly ladies toilets were with out toilet paper in any cubicle.Cafe was very poor in that the tables were disgusting, left full of dirty plates and dirty tables. Food was OK.Overall not a good experience for morrisons so I will go to another branch.

My biggest complaint about the majority of the Morrison stores is that they can't tell you how long something has been on display once it's come out of the oven or fryer.Eating plywood is easier than eating crisscuts but they are happy to serve them to you dry and hard.Chicken wings, when asked how long they had been on display was told 'they were cooked fresh this morning'. This was at 2.00pm! Of course they were dry and inedible. I would have thought a log or record would have to be kept of when the food was cooked, evidently not or they could have told me how long they had been out.

Don't use morrisons much. And although it's a hood supermarket this one always strikes me as ot quite there. I'll explain. I went in for specific items to make a certain meal. They had no diced chicken or even sorbet. They have a clothing section but almost so small there is no point. Had to go elsewhere. Having said that it's not a bad place and I suppose as a local shop if you're used to it it could serve you adequately.

Nice store. Cafe does great food and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Well stocked with fresh baked bread and cooked ready to eat meat ?

Visited twice, for convenience only - literally! Ladies' toilets stink. Far too hot in there. Suggests extractor ventilation is absent, inadequate, or failed.

Runs out of goods with a long shelf life on a regular basis, the managers are ineffective, the trolleys are dirty despite their claim to keep them clean, the hand gel is now behind displays in the entrance making it inaccessible, the so called music has been out of tune for over a year and I've just tried to phone them - estimated wait time 1HOUR 9 MINUTES! I go to Aldi now.

Not enough staff on, so the normal tills were closed. Only the useless and slow self service tills were in operation, many of the customers were moaning and only shuffled over to the self service as this was the only option. Not me, I left the full trolley at the till to shop else where. I refuse to be an unpaid till operator by using the horrendous self service, any shops without normal tills in use can expect more trolleys to left by the tills.

It's a supermarket selling most things , soon to undergo a large refit. Has a restaurant which is very reasonably priced, serves typical cafe food.January 2022Lots of gaps on shelves, not enough checkouts open, seems as if click and collect is now a priority to the detriment of filling shelves, needs a bit of a re think . ?March 2022Still gaps on shelves, prices on the rise, click and collect still very popular. We went on a Saturday, quite a few proper checkouts open,May 2022Lots of gaps on shelves but it was early on a Saturday. Real people on checkouts not forced to use the self service tills.October 2022Still gaps on shelves, prices keep rising, but I do wish they would sort out stock availability.July 2023Still gaps on the shelf, prices still going up, the latest loyalty card is a rip off, you don't get the points you should for purchasing particular items despite numerous phones calls and emails. Will now only use Morrisons if I really have to. ALDI and Co Op here I come ?

HPA 500ml beer advertised at £2.25 per bottle & buy 4 get 1 free. At till you are charged £2.50 / bottle. With 1 free if purchasing 4. I queried the difference and was given 75p refund. Some days later I purchased the same again and was overcharged again. Queried the extra cost, employee informed me to "go to head office if you want a refund".Went to Trading Standards instead..

Standard supermarket not usually my main choice. Annoying having to pay to park there
