I loved the atmosphere here and the staff were lovely. The food was better than okay (it's a diner, you're not going to find fancy nosh here), but they didn't know that the Mexican loaded fries had cheese sauce on the menu and they arrived with a dusting of some spice and two jalapeno slices. I did complain and they did take the extra cost off and gave 15% discount off the bill which just about made up for the lack of gooey cheese on my fries ?

Diner was very busy. Staff were welcoming and polite. Food was delivered quickly, ordered mushroom double Swiss burger, it was very meaty.Kid-friendliness: Children's menu available and children provided with a colouring pack whilst they waited for food to arrive.

I had to score a single star to leave a review. WARNING TO ALL. Avoid the ok diner at Leominster as its extortionate prices will need an overdraft!!! The standard of the food is below expected standards for the price they have the ordasity to charge. Staff indifferent and offish. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid at all costs!
The venue looks amazing. We had no plans to visit, but when we drove past, we had to stop. Unfortunately, the food does not live up to the expectations set by the decor. This is a real shame. If the food were to improve, this would be a 10/10 diner.

The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. The table and toilets were very clean. The food was OK, probably where the name comes from. A little overpriced for what it was, but would maybe return again in the future with family for the atmosphere of it all. Lots of free parking outside.

We went there a few weeks back with a couple of other families, and had young kids in the group.The restaurant manager/owner was very welcoming. The American theme/decor was lovely, seemed like a diner from the movies ?The service was nice, and most important of all was that the food was great and fairly priced. We had a few vegetarian folks too, there was plenty of choice for them too. Everybody enjoyed. If we lived closer, we'd be fat ?PS: The spicy chicken wings were the most authentic buffalo wings I've tasted in UK.Kid-friendliness: Kids got colouring crayons to keep them busy.
