We've ordered home delivery a few times and it has always taken over an hour (when you are told 30minutes) they give you a drinks selection but always send the wrong one,we ask for Pepsi max and get full fat coke? The drinks with the kids meals are little cartos from Aldi and when you call to explain parts of the order are wrong you get yelled at and they hang up, disgusting!

We ordered a delivery and was told it would be 15/30min so an hour later I thought I should ring to be told that it’s on the way. Another hour later and still not arrived so rang them again. Ended up ordering else were as they were just wasting my tim

Ordered a large kebab and received something that's suitble for a child
Not the sort of restaurant to take your fiancée and her parents. Imagine my horror when we arrived in dinner attire and had to sit on the wall outside eating a selection of kebab meats garnished with tomatos and a delicate garlic sauce while two youths threw chips at each other before having a fist fight. My future father in-law thought it was jolly good fun.

Right where do i start... I ordered at 6:00PM Tonight and did not receive my order until 8:00PM
It does not take 2 hours to cook 2 Chicken Wraps and 3 Burgers
absolute joke However Flames Can cook a bigger order and get it to me for the correct waiting time which may i add 40-50Mins
I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN
