When i went into subway today i was greeted by a very unkind, rude lady. As we continued to be nice to the lady as rude as she was being, we was looking at the menu and she said in a rude manner “do ANY of you know what you even want” even though the food was lovely the service and rudest we experienced today was not worth it at all. I asked for a chicken and bacon 6inch italian very clearly and she only put chicken when she asked if i wanted any vegetables or sauce after it was cooked i said very politely that i asked for bacon as well, as she walked away to pick up the bacon she gave me a very rude look and sighed, i felt unwelcome and it was just not a nice environment to be in if i’m being completely honest.She also dropped some of the bacon and just put it back in my sandwich which is feel is appalling.Her name was polly.

Bread rock hard inedible 10 sandwhich in the bin, lady on the phone argued it was fresh this morning probably left out all day it’s now 5pm

Nice and clean inside, staff friendly enough. Since they increased the prices it isn't really worth the money though so doubt I will be returning anytime soon. Quality is good but it just isn't worth the money anymore.

Eating there very regular, everything always fresh and mega tasty?. Staff friendly and helpful, shop spotless and very well maintain, great place to have a healthy breakfast or lunch!

We've placed an order through uber eats. Following the receipt guide, the delivery was supposed to arrive by 16:49, (16:50 in the app), but was only despatched after calling the restaurant, call answered at 16:56, after a few minutes of hanging on the line with no-one picking up. The delivery was about 15-20 minutes late in the end.On top of that, we received a mega meat sandwich instead of a mega meat salad, but that is a slightly understandable mistake, as the receipt printed from uber eats only specifies the product as mega meat, which should probably be fixed in the uber eats interface, to avoid further confusion. A driver was despatched and we had the item replaced.Thirdly, which is unacceptable, we found a piece of hair in the salad, buried deep in the layers of food and sauce.Furthermore, almost every call apart from the first one was met with a snarky attitude, having to fight through every complaint that we had. The employee argues that we ordered a sandwich, but with every sandwich you get the choice of bread which was absent from the receipt, we were told that it is impossible to have any hair in our food as all employees wear hair nets (which is partially true, as more often than not the hair nets do not fully cover every single strand of hair). Every issue we raised was met with sighs and a lack of interest from whomever was answering the phone.We had issues with ordering from this location before, my missus had a few calls with the site and when the manager is on site, the service improves substantially, but if they're absent, the quality drops.
