Outstanding! far and away the best fish and chips in Ross, if not Herefordshire! Chips are crispy and fluffy, batter on the fish perfect and meat tender but not dry. The place feels like stepping back in time. Also very unique in that they also sell fire wood, 2nd hand books along with a selection of sweets. Not just any ordinary fish and ship shop! Service is very friendly.

A very popular place hence queueing for about an hour to be served. No one minded though and the food was all freshly cooked and served by the husband and wife team who chatted to all the customers.

Absolutely lovely couple. We were on the area and googled for local fish and chip shops.we picked Audrey's because of its star rating.Fish was cooked to order and whe had a lovely conversation whilst it took to cook.The food was absolutely lovely and the curry sauce had a nice little kick to it.Fully recommend a visit.

Family night treat.Haddock and chips, fish cake and chips and cod and chips, cooked fresh to perfection and so tasty. Best chip shop in Ross on Wye without a doubt.

Dropped in on the way back from visiting the Forest of Dean area. Lovely cod and chips. Seems very popular with the locals as was a long queue, which is a good sign!
