Beautiful room, super friendly people and lovely food. The only slight letdown was that odd moments of service just let it down, such a shame but retail is detail. My wife asked if she could order an afternoon tea for 3pm Saturday at just gone 5 on Friday, the young man told it wasn't possible excuse 24 hours notice was required, he didn't even crack a smile. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms in a stunning location, and wonderful food at reasonable pricing. The staff provide an impeccable service with nothing being too much trouble. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Stayed over three nights at Christmas and enjoyed every minute. Staff were so friendly and helpful. There was nothing too much trouble.Rooms: One of us has a problem with stairs, and obligingly, the hotel ensured we had a room on the first floor and near the top of them. Our room was clean and had a wonderful view.Food & drinks: Good menu variety at reasonable prices. Food was served hot, was tasty, and well presented.
