A fabulous find whilst on a day trip to Ross. The Himalayan Stew with warm cheese scones was stupendous! Great food - superb Welsh cakes were had too - and vibrant fun staff full of cheer! Thank you - you've warmed our hearts and filled our tums after the post Christmas slump!Vegetarian options: Perfect for veggie and non veggie appetites

This is one of the best cafes we have ever visited. The staff were superb, providing great service and creating a lovely fun atmosphere. The food was superb, the vegan cakes were fabulous, Himalayan stew delicious and the cheese board wasn’t just a cheese board, it was Jacqueline’s cheese board. Highly recommend this place.

Great service from genuinely friendly staff.ove that it was vegetarian not vegan food. Plentiful platefuls. Nice decor. Only downside was presence of dogs

Stopped for a snack at Jacqueline's Cafe. Nothing was too much trouble for the two lovely ladies in charge. Food was really tasty, especially the Damson Tart. Will definitely go back when we are in the area again.

Great little find. Didn't realize it was veggie/vegan until we sat down. The food was delicious and the service was very good. The staff are super friendly!

As a coeliac vegetarian, it's so reassuring to go into a restaurant that you know you can eat at with minimal fuss. Not only that, the dog was welcomed in with us. I had the broccoli and Shropshire Blue soup and my partner had a cheese & pickle panini. We also took some cake to go. We both thoroughly enjoyed everything - it was exactly what we needed after a day of traipsing around Ross-on-Wye. Staff were so friendly and the place looked amazing all decked out for autumn/Halloween.

Nice little cafe with friendly staff. Fully veggie cafe with a few vegan options. Good cake. Pros: Reasonably priced, Nice cake, Dog friendly Cons: Could maybe do some more vegan options?

Simple menu, soups, quiches, veg stew etc. All home cooked and good quality. Impression that all staff enjoyed working there and looking after customers. Every town needs such a cafe.

nice room, nice lady, but I was disappointed with the value for money. I was astonished when I ordered an Americano coffee to discover thay they charge an extra 30 pence to warm up the milk! needless to we will not be returning.
