Boy what a rip off two coffees over £8 quid.Staff looked like they had been chewing a thistle and as happy to be there as a man drowned in cow muck.Won't be going there again!

Visited a Starbucks that seemed to have embraced the "grunge chic" aesthetic a bit too enthusiastically. The coffee shop was so dirty I half-expected dust bunnies to demand rent. As for the prices, I thought I accidentally stumbled into a stock market instead of ordering a latte. My wallet's still recovering from the shock. If dirt and overpricing were an art form, this Starbucks would be a masterpiece – a masterpiece in need of a cleaning crew and a reality check.

This place is an absolute disgrace. We have stopped here twice whilst house hunting. The first time, the ladies' toilet was out of order. When you have been travelling for hours, this is disgusting.The second time:Well, where to start. It's was a really cold day, below 3 degrees, and their heating wasn't working. So it was pretty cold sitting there in the shop.Two, again. The toilet. At least it was working, but seriously, who puts a hand dryer right next to the toilet. Firstly, it looks disgusting as the floor is soaked. Two, this is a health hazard waiting to happen.OK, so the prices aren't cheap. The staff behind the counter have no clue how to make a cuppa tea. YOU DEFINITELY don't pour the milk in at the same time as the teabag. My tea was like Nat p*** And you're supposed to be renowned for coffee, well my husband didn't finish his either. It's not coffee it's slop. So is the food. Back your ideas up, or stop overcharging.I seriously wouldn't bother stopping here. Next time, we will be off at Burger King. And that's saying something.Save your time and money. This place is a rip of and a disgrace.

Rude staff got my order wrong I went in to ask for the correct order to then be spoken about as I walked away an stared at as I got in my car

Called in to break up a long drive. Staff friendly and coffee was good, but tables a bit grubby and covered in crumbs.

Tills not working, drive thru closed, cash only. Not great, there were no signs about this until you got to the till and staff verbally said.Either put a sign on the door or close!

The girl who served me literally had no customer service skill at all. No smile, no eye contact, mumbled her words, and the coffee wasn't all that. I normally go Costa, but there wasn't one nearby at the time. Drive

Ok, half closed at 4pm, the area that was open wasn't very clean, sticky seats and tables. The toilets were not clean at all.

We nipped whilst in the area for a “good coffee” I did get a good coffee ( a fab flat white) however the service was very slow and waited 10+ minutes for my name to be called for our drinks. That’s ok it was busy and the drive through was busy too. I had no where to be! Now you’re wondering why the 2 stars, well that’s down to the grubby surroundings and the ladies toilets weee absolutely awful. I didn’t report the toilets as they must have known they hadn’t been cleaned that day or atleast not for a few days. I presume staff use the same toilets? The buildup around the taps, floor of grime and dust was very unpleasant. I thought for such a massive company I expected better. The sitting area was also grubby, tables were cleared of used cups etc but not even wiped down for the next customers to use. There was a lot of chocolate cake on the floor under one table, which two staff members looked at but did nothing about. I know they are busy and in a prime location for custom, but it’s disappointing to see, and not expected. I won’t go back next time I travel through as if it’s that grubby in customers sight what’s it like where we can’t see???

Utterly appalling service. Even on a quiet Sunday, I waited over 20 minutes before cancelling my order: that's not 20 minutes to queue and be served, that's 20 minutes from placing my order, before giving up, asking for my money back, and leaving.It seems they prioritise the drive-thru to keep traffic moving, at the expense of eat-in customers. The attitude of the staff is extremely poor and very much "couldn't care less" - they are totally unapologetic. I've stopped here a few times and it has always been bad, but it has now gone from bad to worse.
