The girl who served me literally had no customer service skill at all. No smile, no eye contact, mumbled her words, and the coffee wasn't all that. I normally go Costa, but there wasn't one nearby at the time. Drive
We nipped whilst in the area for a âgood coffeeâ I did get a good coffee ( a fab flat white) however the service was very slow and waited 10+ minutes for my name to be called for our drinks. Thatâs ok it was busy and the drive through was busy too. I had no where to be! Now youâre wondering why the 2 stars, well thatâs down to the grubby surroundings and the ladies toilets weee absolutely awful. Boy what a rip off two coffees over ÂŁ8 quid.Staff looked like they had been chewing a thistle and as happy to be there as a man drowned in cow muck.Won't be going there again!
