I'm a carer, I took one of the people I support for lunch, the person I'm supporting doesn't have a bank card. We went to pay by cash but it wasn't accepted. A lot of the most vulnerable people in society don't have bank cards. Under the equality act, accepting cash is surely a reasonable adjustment for a business to make.

It is also shared with the hotel on the other side of the servicesWheelchair accessibility: The entire services are on one single floor with ramps up on to curbs, disabled parking is also located right out the front of the main building for ease of access.

I wanted some food whilst stopping at the services and was queuing and saw the rice. I thought I'd be better off going somewhere else. If you think it's acceptable to serve rice thats been left out all day then there's a problem with your standards. Considering the bacteria -Bacillus cereus that rice contains, I would avoid this place. Poor effort or lack of.
