Great place to meet or rest on a journey. There are many outlets there: food and drinks and a few others. We go there for the KFC as it has a seating area. Easy to get to.

One of the best KFC I've been. Coming here very often. Unfortunately some times you have a Rubbish service. You need to check what's in your bucket. Ordered Party Bucket14 pieces(as usual).-Missing 8hot wings, missing 4corn cobs. Sadly it's not for the first time. Apart from that... It's great.

Worst kfc I have ever been to, delivered food is always late and cold, at the restaurant none of the staff appear to speak English so it's very hard to order over the counter and lot of advertised items are out of stock.

Just rubbish. Ordered a Large Meal only received a Medium. The original chips I received with the order were cold. The beans were watered down significantly. There weren’t many of them once you did get down to them. KFC has gone down massively in recent years. This place is better (cleaner) than Stevenage, but you’re better off eating elsewhere.

Slow service, no receipt from ordering machine, no coffee or hot drinks, no zinger wraps, no straw, napkins, salt, sauces, given or offered, no smiles from staff, food was hot & tasty, but took 15 mins to arrive, clearly staffing issues, can imagine this kfc failing.McDonald’s is across the way!Update: returned and had to queue for ages to order at one of the 2 self order machines, always seems to be big queues here.

Not a big order - 2 burgers and 2 drinks...one drink was the wrong size ordered (not a large) and one burger was missing the key sauce which made it the burger it was!! Wish we'd gone for a cornish pasty instead!
If your going to advertise your open till 11pm then stay open till that time , instead of closing at 10:30 for cleaning , your not in fact open to 11pm at all then and just wasting people’s time.

Our most recent couple of visits here were a good experience. Food was as you'd expect. The counter/customer areas were clean. All the ordering and pick up systems were in order. So, yay KFC Baldock!

What is happening to customer service?!!! Do youngster know how to communicate properly?!So I stop off at KFC Baldock Services. Went in for a Wow Box. No drink in this meal deal so I order a coffee. No coffee. Only expresso. Hot chocolate? None!!! Really KFC? So I go next door to McDonald's who serve me in less than five minutes. Had to get my coffee somewhere I guess?There was one person behind the counter at a very busy time of day. There were very many orders made and waiting.15 minutes I waited. That is disgraceful! Especially when other people ordered later yet got served before.Retraining and sensible pay rises would probably resolve this debacle?NB: The chicken piece tasted as though it was cooked in old oil. It wasn't very pleasant.
