Incredible homemade Italian food. We had the aubergine pasta and the mushroom pizette with some sides. Food came quickly. Honestly some of the best Italian food I’ve had anywhere. Staff were attentive and very friendly. Stylish decor.

Amazing food and wine with incredible attention to detail on everything they do. Very friendly people and all makes for a wonderful (and good value) experience whether breakfast (have the almond croissant), lunch or dinner.

I have been here twice with friends and loved it - service was amazing and during the covid period they have done amazingly to make customers comfortable. I tried to book last minute today, and though they are booked up the gentleman handling my booking was very polite and trying to help as much as he could.
I like the variety on the menu, I think it really means there's something for everyone and as a veggie I loved the options available to me.

Had a brilliant family celebration with 18 of us from 3 generations. We had a dedicated space on the top floor. The menu was extent and the food was delicious. Salvador our host was always on hand to make sure that all our wishes, particularly those of our 6 children were all met. Thank you!!

We had Sunday lunch here a couple of weeks ago. It was nothing short of marvellous. We were a small group having a bit of a catch-up & the excellent service (particularly from the superb Salvatore) so helped the enjoyment of the occasion. This was our first visit since lockdown & I was pleasantly surprised that they now offer a traditional Sunday roast. I would usually go for the interesting Sicilian options but I was keen to try the roast beef. Both my starter (Sicilian) & the roast were lovely. I really prefer to support the independents too &, fortunately, we have one or two cracking restaurants available here in Berkhamsted.

I held my Birthday party at Rosanna's and the team couldn't have been more accommodating. The canapes were flowing and everyone commented on how good the food was. Service was fantastic, very attentive and always friendly. Also a beautiful setting! Would highly recommend.

We popped in and ordered food to take away; a chicken taco for my partner, a vegetable quesadilla for myself (that I requested to be made without cheese), two lime margaritas, and a beer. I would like to have been offered guacamole or something to make up for the lack of cheese, but no offer was forthcoming. It’s always a bit frustrating getting charged full price for something when you’re excluding one of the most expensive ingredients.

We returned a short while later to fetch the food but discovered they’d got the cocktail order wrong, so we had to wait while they made the margaritas. Of course this meant our food was going cold, because it took around ten minutes for the drinks to be made.

Eventually we got the drinks and sat down in the Canal Fields park to eat. What a disappointment. My partner’s taco (there was only one, not the expected two) was really small, not a meal at all, and his fries were cold and unseasoned. My quesadilla was burned and absolutely swimming in a pool of grease, and the tortilla chips that were meant to accompany it were missing.

The margaritas were okay, a bit too sweet perhaps, but really overpriced. All in all we paid £45 for a bland, disappointing meal. Definitely not a place we’ll visit again. I honestly cannot understand all the rave reviews about the food.

I wouldn't return here again. When visiting love food I was disappointed on my last visit earlier this year. With the re-brand myself and a couple of friends decided to give it another chance. SO disappointed, slow service on a Thursday evening with 6 tables. The wine was £9 per glass. For an Italian restraint the food was bland, no taste and badly seasoned. Would much rather visit Zaza next door and have proper Italian food. Such a shame for a well decorated place.

Came across this place earlier today and was pleasantly surprised. Fantastic menu, food was perfect and lovely decor etc

Unfortunately not a great brunch. The staff were lovely but no English Muffins (which is their signature brunch dish), no smoked salmon, no ham. So a very limited menu choice. And also no kids menu. There are just so many places in Berkhamsted that I’d choose somewhere else next time.

Visited this restaurant yesterday not sure what to expect and I was blown away. After 15 minutes of deciding what to eat, I settled for a Tocchetti Di Pollo alla cacciatora. It was an amazing authentic Italian chicken and vegetable casserole and it was incredible. There was a bit of a wait, but the food more than made up for it. Service was great too. I feel the decoration inside needs a bit of work, but they’re closing for three months for a refurbishment soon, so that will be nice to see. Highly recommend this spot for decent grub. Their desserts are to die for too

Had lunch last Saturday. Service terrible. waited 10 mins for menu. Food eventually arrived and very disappointing in fact my husbands dish grilled seafood was awful. No finger bowl given. would not go back

Great REAL Italian food, luckily bigger portions than what normally serve in Italy and this is a plus 😁.
