Ordered hot cross buns and instead we got burger buns? How do burger buns make up for not having hot cross buns?? Didn’t even call me to tell me it was out of stock which is disgusting!

Con artists. The Car Wash Polish Spray is not working since August 2019. You pay the premium price and get not polish. Instead, the rubber brushes go all over the car with nothing on it and scrach it all over. If you have a new car, or you care about your vehicle, make sure you dont wash it there.

Awful manager Thulasi at Berkhamstead Shell Petrol station, has no organsation skills, very rude and aggressive towards customers and lies about your hours, was told I would have a full time position which was 40 hours per week, then after numerous phone calls to get my rota for the week either ignored me or told me he would call me back when he never did, I had to actually go into the garage on several occasions asking when I’m working, was then later told after 3 weeks of working there I didn’t have a full time position and was only doing weekend evening shifts which I did not want. He is an absolutely awful lying manager, I would not recommend working for this garage what so ever. If I could give 0 stars then I would.
