It is lovely place, all decorations are great, we ordered week day lunch menu which has a main and drink. For me, I ordered a spaghetti Puttanesca, the spaghetti cooked in al dente and the sauce is rich with olives, tomato, capers and anchovies that is so delicious!

It’s been way too long but Artie wanted to treat mummy for Mother’s Day…Pasta Cibo is just a delight! Friendly staff who chat easily a warm atmosphere…the pasta was great, calamari yummy and sitting by the kitchen was fun for everyone! I promise to not leave it so long next time!

I was on the train from London back to Harpenden, i checked online that this place was closing at 10 so decided to go for quick food it was 8:20 and i got told the kitchen has closed i begged the ladie but she said chefs are goin home! such shame as i was starving ! why put 10 clock closer time pointless

This is a lovely spot full of character and delicious Italian food! It was a little cramped but that added to the vibe to be honest!This seems like a spot where you can order anything and be safe in the knowledge that it’s all going to be great: the arancini was a special on the day and was huge and cheesy, the tortellini really flavourful and complemented well by the rich, tangy bolognese-y sauce, and other dishes around the table of seafood spaghetti (substituted for linguini), tiramisu and cheesecake were really tasty too.Really good service, a great drinks selection, and a great meal!

Fabulous meal here again last night. 6 friends met for a belated secret Santa evening. Great food, drink and at reasonable prices. We had house wine in carafes and both white and red were lovely. Really lovely ambience with attentive staff….. a proper Italian!

Cozy and atmospheric Italian restaurant with great decor and food. The highlight was the lemon sorbet dessert served in a frozen lemon!
Probably the best value, authentic Italian for miles around because, when you enter, you feel like you're in an Italian village cookhouse. The atmosphere is welcoming and cosy. The staff are very much Italians who have been here for 40 years! excellent for an evening with friends or family, we went for lunch - four men with stories to tell whilst enjoying a very simple meal and wine deal with glorious deserts to add. All for £25 a head. The spaghetti vongole was "to die for" - loads of seafood, peppery sauce with garlic..... others had spaghetti carbonara and enthused about it. One of us had a very tasty looking pizza with loads of topping....... and the deal (£12.95) includes a glass of nice quality house wine.

If you want to eat at a traditional Italian restaurant then look no further. Perfect food and super atmosphere. Authentic in every way and the lunch special deal is brilliant…. Main course of freshly cooked pasta or pizza with a glass of vino is outstanding value for £13. We were recommended to visit and were not disappointed… Will definitely return again. It was the worst Italian dining experience ever! Even they are not proper Italian foods. Can you imagine an Italian dish which is served with a piece of chopped tomatoes and lettuce? We thought that we can order mains after starters but we did not because it was not tasty at all. Would not recommend it. Thankfully they do not charge you with any service charge.Needed to edit my review as I have seen the owner’s reply:I have studied in Italy are you sure that I have no idea about Italian food? Btw we all need to eat to feed our bodies as we have to pay what we got that’s why we ate what we ordered although we didn’t like it:)
