I visited Silver Palate recently and found the food to be quite good. However, I was disappointed by the attitude of the hostess. She seemed excessively rude, soulless, and cold towards guests, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. Her demeanor came across as demanding and uncaring. Overall, while the food was satisfactory, the service left much to be desired.

Great,family friendly venue. Also superb Sunday brunch and weekday coffee stop. Donna and her team always attentive, even on particularly busy days and food quality consistently good. Today I went with my 5 yo and 10 yo children (special review below written while there!).

very nice food i had the chicken and my friend had the grilled cheese. absolutely great food and atmosphere was lovely. only critique was that the service was a bit slow and the food came out a while after each other just so we couldn’t eat together. keep it up!

This review is actually for the Silver Palate in St Albans. A stylish , chic and cool coffee bar and deli , part of the SP brand , but with its own twist. It’s delightful for coffee and deli and managed by Olga and Adrian , two of the nicest people on the planet. Just go there !!!
