“The food is really good here. The service is amazing and all of the staff are kind. It’s a good place to eat breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. There are a big variety meals to eat. The atmosphere is relaxing.”

“Set 1 breakfast is very good and generous for £7.90. Inc tea/coffee, egg, 2 bacon, sausage, beans and toast from decent bread. Only one mark down from five stars as the sausage is pretty poor. The rest is spot on.”

“Good coffee and selection of snacks, pretty standard as far as Nero quality goes. The staff here are always friendly and attentive. The cafe used to have an issue with there not being enough staff to service the long queues, especially during weekends but that seems to have been resolved and I always see at least 2 people at the counter now, which is a big improvement. A lot of trainee staff recently who on occasion may get our orders wrong but usually it's a minor issue and they're happy to resolve it. All in all, I think this is the best cafe in the Galleria for sure and one of the best in Hatfield.”
