Good coffee and selection of snacks, pretty standard as far as Nero quality goes. The staff here are always friendly and attentive. The cafe used to have an issue with there not being enough staff to service the long queues, especially during weekends but that seems to have been resolved and I always see at least 2 people at the counter now, which is a big improvement. It's coffee at Nero, always a nice strong cappuccino and the staff work very hardWheelchair accessibility: There are multiple lifts to the 1st floor and Nero is flat to the rest of the walkways

The barrista that Wednesday morning was a really nice chap He dealt with 3 people in a few minutes multitasking easily ie asking what we wanted while making coffee instead of ignoring people ? How refreshing maybe Nero actually train their staff probably ?!!?Thanks xx
