“Good coffee and selection of snacks, pretty standard as far as Nero quality goes. The staff here are always friendly and attentive. The cafe used to have an issue with there not being enough staff to service the long queues, especially during weekends but that seems to have been resolved and I always see at least 2 people at the counter now, which is a big improvement. A lot of trainee staff recently who on occasion may get our orders wrong but usually it's a minor issue and they're happy to resolve it. All in all, I think this is the best cafe in the Galleria for sure and one of the best in Hatfield.”

“Busy Costa Branch in Galleria but team has great queue management skills.Lovely and friendly staff.Met up with a friend for coffee, we were served by Jardina. Jardine was my customer service star for the day.I was carrying some bags so Jardina brought my tray to our table. Amazing service!”
