the staff are really lovely here, and the food is great too. But, once when i came i had put my potato wedgies on the counter and asked for a sausage roll too and when it came to paying i saw the full price and realised it wasn’t right so i questioned it and asked if both were charged and the worker was rude to me and said in an annoyed tone ‘ i asked you if there was anything else and you said no ‘ but i had said no as i had already asked for both things i wanted. I didn’t appreciate the rudeness towards me from his part of miscommunication. It kind of ruined my day.?

It gets better and better. For 11 months I am looking forward to my return to England to, among other things, be able to eat the Festive bake pastry at Greggs. Good and fast customer service. Fresh and hot products. That's Greggs to me.
