We usually come for the amazing full English breakfast but today we decided to have lunch and we were not disappointed. Really nice quality , reasonably priced food cooked to perfection all with a fabulous service . I cannot recommend highly enough .

White Horse

Went for Lunch and had a lovely meal. The staff were friendly and helpful and there were plenty of staff working which seems to be a rarity these days. The food was beautifully cooked and the ingredients were fresh and good quality. I particularly enjoyed the onion nest!

Had the most beautiful dinner here with my friends! Nothing was too much trouble for the team and we were well and truly looked after! Loved it! Will definitely be back!

YALLA YALLA Lebanese Grill

Lovely Service. Was Fasting and server gave us dates, genuine service and attentive. The ambience is so good, small place but lovely cosy ambience, foods nice had the mixed grill and the sauces/dips really good, Parking nearby loads.Only critisism is, I paid £14.50 for mixed grill and there was hardly any chicken on it bit off a shame really. But will be back again to try the Sharwama.

Fishery Inn Boxmoor

The Fishery Inn was the perfect choice for our baby shower! The cozy atmosphere and beautiful decor created such a lovely setting. Ben, the manager, was absolutely amazing! He greeted us with a big smile and made sure everything went smoothly. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our requests made the whole experience extra special.And let's not forget about the food! It was absolutely delicious. The menu had a great variety of options, and everything was prepared with care. The staff took care of all our dietary needs and even surprised us with some adorable baby-themed treats. Overall, the Fishery Inn provided an exceptional experience for my baby shower, thanks to Ben and the wonderful staff. I highly recommend it for any special event!???

What a fantastic place... pub and restaurant in one, fantastic food (went for the traditional Sunday Roast and it was gorgeous ?), good service and a lovely historic building... very much recommended ?

We love eating at Opuz. The food is always delicious and generous in portion size.The service is warm, friendly and the right balance of attentive, without being too much.It’s a jewel of a restaurant and we will come back again and again. Ps thanks to Edis for great service tonight

The Plough

Had 2 meals on 2 separate nights for 5 people on both nights and can honestly say all meals (10 of them) were first class. The steaks were delicious and the food piping hot and served exceptionally well by the staff and a lovely pint to boot. A massive thank you from the landscapers from Wiltshire fir looking after us so well.

Calzone Essential Pizza

Quiet and cosy restaurant with delicious calzones and pizzas to enjoy. We had an Inferno Calzone, vegetarian calzone, pineapple and mango pizza and a margarita pizza.

Dalchini

Went here for a Mother's Day treat for my wife, with our family including our two young grandsons. Everything was excellent from being met at the door, there was a full menu available not the reduced special offer ones that you get in other restaurants on special occasions. The service was attentive and first class. Would definitely visit again.

The Prices are regular Hemel prices The place is small but very cute Staff is very polite Dishes were of great portions Great marsala tea I Struggled eating the katsu chicken curry last time I was here and my chicken Manchurian recently due to the percentage of salt, but this si just my opinion :)

Dining at Centurion Club

We attended the steak night at Centurion Club and it was fantastic. As soon as we arrived all the staff were very friendly and helpful. You can tell a lot of work goes into maintaining the grounds and the restaurant to keep it well presented at all times. The food itself was very nice indeed. There were plenty of options on the menu to cater for all tastes. The steak itself was cooked to perfection and the blue cheese sauce was up there with one of the best sauces I have ever tasted. Another highlight of the meal was the triple cooked chips which were superb and really well cooked. The sticky toffee pudding for desert was very nice as well. All my family really enjoyed their meals and we would highly recommended the Centurion. As others have said, it is a little pricey but in this case you really do get what you pay for.

Rodizio Villas Brazil Hemel Hempstead

Amazing place for Brazilian food. Fresh food and very tasty. Plenty of choice in the buffet area and plenty of different meats. Everything was good. Very friendly staff, cosy atmosphere. Liked the brazilian music in the restaurant.Highly recommended and we will definitely go back.

Sham and the team are so attentive and look after us on every visit. He is helpful and recommends dishes that suit our tastes. Customer service at its best. Thank you for making us feel so welcome as always.

Olive Indian Restaurant

Finally found a good local Indian! I’ve tried quite a few and this is the best so far. Had a takeaway and although it was a long wait, it was worth it. Good portion sizes (I think I have enough for 3 nights!) I’m vegetarian and they have many veg options unlike other places. They also listened to my comment of ‘mild’. I recommend and will dine in at some point.

Visited The Plough on Friday 9th with family for a pre-christmas festive menu get together. Could not fault the service, we were greeted warmly and made to feel extremely welcome. Food was spot on and we had a lovely evening. Will definately visit again. Big thank you to Emma and her staff.

We had a brilliant Mother’s Day at pizza express. Mia (I think the manager) went completely out of her way to accomodate us and acted extremely professionally and kind under pressure: there was an online booking problem that day causing a lot of stress for staff and customers. Please pay your employees more. Mia and team did an amazing job.

Zeera indian restaurant

Chicken Pasanda was so delicious and so was the mushroom rice. We had a take away and even today I still can taste it although we had the take away 1 week ago. I look forward to trying out some of their other dishes.

My Dad and I are regulars at The Toby in Hemel and it's always a treat and a pleasure to dine there. We recently had a Take out and it's well packaged, presented with plenty of meat and veggies including a pot of Toby's famous gravy. First time visiting the Crabtree. We go to other Ember inns, this was by far the best one! Staff were very friendly and nice. All food available on the menu, arrived quickly and was really good. Atmosphere in the pub was great. We will visit again!

5 of us Went to the Deshi tonight as we are here on business for the next 2 weeks and will definitely return before we go home. The food was outstanding and the service second to none and a lovely cold kingfisher beer topped it off brilliantly. Thank you all for the service, food & drink, it was a fantastic evening.

Went there yesterday for my mum's birthday meal. Use to go a lot as a kid not been for years. And I was not disappointed was so impressed by the service and the food was spot on the tandoori chicken masala was so tender and full of flavour can't fault it. I sometimes go in here for a takeaway as it is very close to the place i spend most of my time nowadays. I especially like being able to watch my food being cooked.There is a cheese burger under £5 which is very nice indeed with the pickled red cabbage.Vegetarian options: Vegetable kebab is onion, peppers, mushroom and tomato cooked on a skewer and placed in a pitta bread.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best Chinese food in town. I tried the Cantonese ribs for the 1st time with my order and I'm hooked. Very good portions, great value for money and the best customer service. Thankyou guys for amazing all round takeaway.

The food was really good, and no more spicy than they said it would be. The house white was also very nice - I wished I'd asked what it was! The restaurant is lovely and big and airy, probably very pleasant in summer too. Staff were friendly.

If I could give more stars for service, I would.I went in today and was greeted pleasantly by the lady behind the counter.The food was ready in under 10 minutes and was very tasty and fresh.Upon leaving, I got to my car and realised part of my order wasn't in there. I called the restaurant to let them know and say i was coming back. The lady immediately knew who i was, apologised, and offered to bring the missing part of my order to me! She came to my car, which was parked a good 5/7 minute walk away, very apologetic, and handed me my missing order. Once I opened the reunited wings, I was pleasantly surprised she had given me an extra wing for the inconvenience!Made my day! Great service great food!

it’s a standard cafe and the front doesn’t look appealing however the staff were particularly accommodating and whether it’s a family you go with (has large areas to sit indoor and outdoor) or you go on your own i can guarantee a pretty fab cheese and onion toastie! - you can also get ur car washed while you wait for food and eat if that’s your style.

What an absolute gem of a proper family run local cafe serving great food and service with a smile.We had a fantastic Full English which was generous and delicious, we “upgraded” to the “butcher’s sausage’s” which was well worth it as they tasted great.We will definitely be visiting again.

My car was in at the garage and having no where to go went into Greggs to get some food and kill some time. The car took all day and it was raining outside. I cannot praise the two members of staff highly enough. Gina and Matt made me feel very comfortable and looked after me while I waited. They are a credit to your company. Thanks again ?

I can't stress this enough. This is the best kebab place.I come from milton keynes to hemel (4 times a year) Always order from this place. The food turns up really hot 20 mins later and the kebabs are on point?

I mean wow, staff were nothing but absolutely brilliant. I work at a pub and customer service is one of the most top priorities. I can’t say one bad thing or anything they could work on.
