A small family gathering just for something easy and different on a week night. Basic problem is the standard of the cleanliness for example, put your hand on the table it felt sticky. But the biggest issue is the food, ordered racks of ribs and the sauce/glaze was very dry and spoilt the taste, the so called chargrilled chicken kebab skewers were under cooked and the taste was awful, chewy and a taste thats difficult to describe, Noting this to our waitress, she pointed out they are not cooked on the premises, so my question is how do you 'warm up' kebab skewers? they certainly showed no resemblance of chargrilled. This nonsense with having to given salad rather than serve yourself is another black mark, the lad serving was even struggling with that!

Fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff. Our waitress Linda was exception, She even asked if any of us had allergies (we didn't) before handing us the menus. The deputy Manager was out greeting and making sure everyone was taken care off on this busy evening, a very friendy guy.. We had three courses each between three of us and at no point did we feel rushed or forgotten about. The food was Delicious, Overall a fantastic evening.Thank youStephen Fletcher.

Go once a week. Never had a bad meal or service. Would argue its one of th beat value restaurants Hemel. No issues.

It feels a bit grubby now. And the salad bar, it only has 7 or 8 items now, you can't fill your own bowl, and there's no free re-fill. This was really it's USP and unfortunately it's nowhere near as good as it was. Sorry Harvester but this is one customer you've lost.

Service was fantastic and food very tasty. Unfortunately they were unable to offer us the cocktail we wanted so ensuring a full stocked bar each evening could be an improvement but the service and quality of the food was 10/10 so thank you for a very enjoyable meal out with friends.

Nipped in after a horrid hospital apppointment without reservation for 2 and met with a smiley host who accomadated a lovely table with disabled access and plenty of space. We were looked after by an amazing server Karen who was efficent and friendly even after WE made an error in ordering she rectified it with understanding and a smile. The breakfast was the best I have had in a long time and my poached eggs were perfection - the chef's...Dan? Did a fantastic job and highly reccommend for a relaxed friendly brekki

I had a fantastic evening with my partner and family last night. We was showing to our table with a smile and felt very welcomed. Linda the lady looking after our table was such a lovely lady. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us to make sure all the food was good. The staff wished me a happy birthday and didn't mind we brought our own cake with us for dessert. The atmosphere was so relaxed and we had a laugh. Linda was truly amazing and we will be back again soon. We were appreciated the whole time. Keep up the amazing work and please give a huge thanks again to Linda for me.

First time visiting since covid and a little different with the salad bar no longer self service, but excellent standard of food. Everyone with me enjoyed their food, saying it was cooked perfectly! Went for birthday party, was made special by allowing us to bring a cake, they lit the candles and sung happy birthday with us. Excellent night out, thanks.

We had a lovely meal with great service. My car broke down in the car park and I wanted to shout out to Danny and Ashley for being so understanding and friendly in my hour of need! Thank you, folks.

We met friends here on Sunday as its convenient for both of us. We all started with the salad, which we all enjoyed. I had the belly pork with mash and it was delicious, followed by the Eton mess. They were busy and we were seated in a booth next to a big birthday party, but it didn't give us any problems. The waitress was attentive, reading back all of our orders and this is the only place I've been to in a while where she made a point of asking if I wanted ice cubes in my lemon and lime! I would have taken pictures but was too busy tucking in and enjoying it!

Me , My son and my grandson went for breakfast as my 6 year old grandson loves his fruit and pancakes for breakfast an grandad has to see how many he can eat , so he ordered the adult portion 5 pancakes with bananas, strawberries and blue berries, he definitely enjoyed all of them. My son and I both had a full English. It was enjoyable but the only downside was it could have been hotter as it wasn’t busy at all in fact there were on two other people in there. The members of staff that served us was very polite and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
