‼️ PLEASE AVOID ‼️I decided to go to this particular McDonald’s and ordered a mean by walking in. I ended up waiting 1hr for my meal. Absolutely outraged and will never go back to this McDonald’s ever again.Please if you wish to have McDonald’s go to any other one, NOT THIS ONE! I know it’s a longer drive but I guarantee this will be quicker.Don’t make the same mistake I made!

Stopped at the drive thru last We came here last night. No queue, put the order in straight away, paid, but after receiving our drinks, were re-directed to the order-waiting carpark. Our milkshakes were runny so we took them back and were told (after serving it) that the machine was playing up. Given replacements which had also melted. The food was brought to the car but was warmish, thrown together and overall, very poor. Shame as the staff were friendly but there was oo much for them to do - with restaurant, drive-thru and delivery service. They need either more staff, or to concentrate on just 1 or 2 options done well, not 4 done poorly.

Plenty of free parking. Ordered food inside to take away. Staff were pleasant. Order taken quickly. Had to wait quite a while for food. Ordered the the big cheesy burger with bacon meal. Short drive back home, burger was cold, fries were warm. Had to reheat the burger in the microwave. Was tasty.Parking: Plenty of free parking close by. Drive through option.Kid-friendliness: Seating inside. Kids meals available.

It's mcdonalds but some are better than others and staff here always nice and helpful so it's a good one.

this place was awful there manager is horrible we were asking a question and they called the police on us cause we were laughing cause we didnt get why she was getting rude. AWFUL PLACE??

I always enjoy my meal here. The staff are fantastic. I had an awful experience at this store this morning- when I checked my breakfast order of pancakes - there was no butter or syrups- on asking for these the shift manager Sali said out of the window all of it was in the bag as he had done. I parked up and checked properly and there wasn’t any. On going back to the window to tell them this and ask for the butter, he came out and checked the order on my passenger seat arguing that they were in there. He as good as accused me of lying and commented about paying extra. I followed him in store and asked if I could speak to the manager. He is the manager - I asked for his full name and supervisor details. He refused- and would only say Sali. He was rude, couldn’t admit he made a mistake, and insinuated in a full store I was dishonest.Appauling experience. 10:15am 17/09/23

Called and spoke to a women about what their ordering was like to do with the monopoly, claimed she couldn’t understand me and couldn’t hear me then went to get her employee for help and they was both laughing and sighing down the phone to me saying sorry we can’t help then proceeding to laugh, very rude very disapointed

Took ages. Half the menu wasn't available. Gave my meal to someone else and took ages again on a replacement.

Finally a McDonalds that can do a decent Vegan burger. This one looked like the one in the advert. Super impressed!

Something I'd ordered and paid for was out of stock and replaced with something less expensive. Staff member wasn't very helpful or communicative - felt like it was a chore for them to be there talking to customers.
