Best to order at the counter as service to tables via the app is slow and your food may be cold (mine was) ... Sent it back for the hot n fresh. A busy place, often packed, 2 out of 4 play screens operational. Love to you all ?

I have had no issues with dine-in at this McDonald's(they can't do this with dine-in)but delivery has most often been a nightmare. No less than 5 times they didn't put the item in the pack. I used to order from McDonald's APP and I can't get a refund on that app. I called the shop and the guy who answered the phone said the missing item is probably there but they can't do anything about it, like it was my fault using their company app. I havent ordered in a while but today again it happened so frustrated imagine when this happens when you have orders an item for each person in house and 1 had to go hungry(obviously the one who ordered). There is something wrong with this branch or franchise as its not a one off incident. Either they don't have the item and they think people will take a refund or some employees are taking these stuff home.

Would like to see the chocolate muffin return….that was my favourite shouldn’t have been taken off …also they are lacking in monopoly cups and the stickers should be on the hot drinks too weather its a meal or not. Bring the chocolate muffin back get rid of the blueberry

If your going to forget to put drinks in the bag, when I call don’t mention “is it drinks missing” before I mention it’s drinks missing, (you already knew the deal when I said missing part of my order) then to try and claim the driver took them after speaking to your manager. If he had took them you wouldn’t know it was drink missing! Donuts!

The service was pretty decent and the food is actually hot, unlike a lot of other Maccies. The only issue was a very rude customer who was swearing at a cleaner, just trying to do her job. I flagged it up to the supervisor and the customer wasn't asked to leave the store and was allowed to continue eating his food in the booth. The bloke was with his family and effing and blinding at a cleaner who just wanted to sweep the floor. Utterly disgusting behaviour. The cleaner didn't want to know so I understand why the supervisor didn't remove the rude "man" but still, how he was allowed to speak and get away with it is absurd.

The last several times we have been to jarmin park McDonalds there has been food missing. Just got home with my order and yet again food missing. When I have gone back previously to ask for my missing food and telling the manager I understand mistakes happen she just tells you there is nothing she can do and to ring and tell them. Very poor branch with very poor management.

Do not get any delivery from here. Missing all my food that was ordered. Only recieved drinks. Refund is a joke too as they don't refund full amount. Beyond a joke and definitely ordering from elsewhere from now

Quality of food average (when you are lucky enough to actually get what you ordered. Service is very hit 'n miss, rarely good, occassionally average but more often quite poor, yet far from the worst McD. At drive thru recommend always check thoroughly as so often items are missing.

A few days agoI bought food from you jarman Park Hemel Hempstead restaurant from start to finish was a horrible experienceFirst the women serving at the driver through most have been have a bad day she was rude and had no manners2nd when I came to pay the lady did not get my order right she was a lot happier and polite3rd when I get me receipt it shows one of the discounts were not on there4th when I walked in no one was serving and the were a group of who had been waiting 5 min for someone to notice them5th when I got the food home there were long black hair in the 2 lots of fries and one of the big mac and in one of the ice creamsI have tried to call 3 time and no one is picking up the phoneI contacted customer service and the did not seem to care so disgusting

So today 17th September myself and my grandfather decided to have a McDonald’s, I drove into the drive through and we spent £40. At the collection window we was asked if we wanted sauces we said yes bbq and sweet and sour, I had chicken selects and got 1 Smokey bbq but my grandfather wanted sour cream and chives. They refused to give us the sauce unless we paid 50p my grandfather said with all due respect iv paid £40 for food I’m sure you can give me 1 chives dip the girl who served us laughed and said no il be 50p out of pocket. With this my grandad said you won’t the company will, he again said it’s only a dip I’m sure your manager wouldn’t complain over a dip! She then said give me the bbq and il swap it to which I said I want the bbq he wants chives so she said you can’t have both. At this point we have held the que and my grandad now getting frustrated with how this girl was talking to him he decided to get out the car and talk at the window. After they said they wasn’t giving him the sauce he come back to the car and the girl said “what you going to do, your a 70 year old man” whilst laughing!My grandad went back to the window and the girl slammed the windows shut laughing saying what ya guna do bruv,I know someone might say it’s petty it is a sauce just pay but if you pay £40 worth of food how can they still charge for a dip. What’s McDonald’s coming to.The disrespect the staff have for there costumers is a shamble. To top it off we get home and they never put the cheese dippers in the bag! So they won’t give a free sauce yet don’t put bits of your food in the bag.They lost me as a customer!
