Not the cheapest fuel but if you are doing food delivery, the quote of fuel definitely helps don’t have to stop as often

I don't refuel my car here as there's cheaper places but I do go to collect parcels here when other shops aren't accepting them. This is my last choice for shops. The guy is always on his phone normally on a call with someone and when I go to get my parcels he always demands my ID. I've used multiple other shops in the area for my parcels and none have ever asked for my ID. Maybe it's actually a policy but I don't know.It feels like you're asking him to walk to Scotland every time you interrupt his precious calls. If the parcel collection service is such a burden on your staff why do it as I'd hate to disturb their phone calls again.I can see that you're not always gonna have customers so when there's no customers go on your calls but just tell the other person to hold on for a bit while you serve someone.

I’m a regular customer, at this shell station. What a pity it’s been several time I’ve asked to use the Lavatory,But it’s been rejected from the staff with different reasons how disappointed very poor customer service .

Terrible customer service. Guy remained looking down at what must have been his phone when I came up to pay. No real interaction. I then decided to eat what I had purchased at the shop while sat in my car outside. The guy kept on waving at me to leave the station/forecourt even tho I was the only car there. I’m a regular customer here but this guy needs some proper training. I will go Sainsbury or McDonalds next time.

Terrible service, tried to use the jet wash and the cashier refused to exchange £10 for coins

Waited 1 and half hours to fill up watched people fill up cans as well as their cars when there is a fuel crisis and some of us only want the bare minimum to get to our destination, only to be told they are closed. I thought there was a £30 cap? Also when people filled up they hang around shopping when their cars should be moved to reduce the que. Disgusting management

Okay for essentials if desperate. Can be very pricey. Staff often rude.

It's ok, they are friendly when you can get their attention when they aren't on their phones.

The bloke behind the counter needs a lesson in people skills and customer service, his only Interaction with his customers seems to be shouting (not at me) & grunting (at me). Usually come here alot but this is my last visit. 11pm 18th may for reference.

Milk is always off! Bits of off milk in one, and a metallic taste in others! I was almost sick. Lovely staff but DON'T BUY MILK.

Got petrol, water and a nice chilled blast of Aircon on a hot summer noon. Friendly staff and a Subway within the building.
Been closed for months and is currently like a building site. No sign of it reopening however if this does happen I'll update this review.
Good petrol station friendly staff, car wash, air pump, coffee, snacks and now alcohol.
My favorite shell in hemel
Just sold me a sausage bap with raw sausage! Do not buy their food here!
