The place was empty and looked like they were ready to close up. At 3:30 in the afternoon! Didn't really matter as I was getting my drink to take out anyway, but it's a shame to see the place so under-utilised and probably a good indication of the state of the town.

I rarely come here, usually when i cant find a seat in a different caffe during weekend. Very slow service, although staff trying their best. I dont blame them, but the supervisor or manager who are probably hiding in the back instead of helping. Also, I frequently see new staff. Wonder why…Perhaps it’s the management that needs to be replaced.

Shocking service. Mixing up peoples orders so you got one coffee then waiting 10 minutes for my other one!! Long wait. Better when more staff turned up!!

The Chai latte I requested was tasteless.The Floor all dirty.The coffee station where you get sugar and so on, was filthy.There was a chair in front of it and not properly signed.Simply disgusting.The floor inside the shop was also dirty and the water tap, non stop leaking.Tables all over the place and dirty as well.

Non of the staff appear to be able to make a strawberries and cream frappe to save their lives. It's been drinkable twice, every other times they've been vile. I won't be wasting my money again.

this guy who put the lid on my coffee touched it with his bare hands in the place where we usually drink the drink... I refused to lick the place where he touched it with his bare and possibly dirty hands...

Very very slow, 10 minutes cuing whilst there were only 5 person before me, and another 7 minutes wait for the coffee…non
Would be quicker to wait for conked dinner than a simple latté in this place I blame the management that doesn’t employ enough people on busy store with lots of unhappy

Terrible music system cutting in and out. Told them to just turn the volume off (no not possible!). Just don't like Starbucks much.

The drinks can be a bit hit and miss. The seating area was nice but really needed a good clean, including the floor which was littered with food and splashes of spilt drinks. Overall, it was ok to pop in but next time I'll probably go elsewhere mainly due to the condition of the seating area.

It was lovely sunny day and chairs by the window are really comfortable, I had my oat Iced latte which tasted good, staff friendly and place overall clean. Restrooms however, I’d recommend to avoid.Parking: Shopping mall parking ?️
