Went in yesterday at 20.00 and they said we couldn't eat it in the store and was take out only the store has a massive seating area and no customersSo we took our custom someplace that actually wanted it. This is not the first time I'm having issues with both branches in hemel what's the point of being open if you don't let customers eat!!

Friendly staff happy to be patient with us as we were dithering about what to order. My children like seeing their food being made and getting to choose the toppings.Kid-friendliness: Children can choose bread type and toppings so they're in control.

Go in here for a salad or wrap after using the gym next door.The staff always seem miserable, everything is a effort and they all heat the items in different ways and charge things differentlyI’ll be using a different subway from now on, after a few months of the same attitude and effort to serve customers i will go elsewhere. The one star is simply because i like the food.

Ordered via the app and left it for 20 odd minutes, before I went to pick up, got there and was told we haven't made it yet even though the app said it was ready. Not happy

Some people helpful but couldn't understand had to ask 3 times to sort a salad out then hardly any olives

Sandwiches were very nice, cookies nice as usual but the hot drink machine wasn't working and the drinks fountain drinks were flat and tasted like the syrup needed filling
