We visited today I could not recommend this facility enough. We travelled from Brighton as were visiting family for Mother's Day. So we were at the site for 9:30 am.My private snowboarding lesson with Max was excellent, he was young and enthusiastic and that just worked for me. What a credit he is to that place. My kids and wife did Ringo and at first glance, it looks like it was going to be rubbish. But the lads running it truly made it for them. They loved it.Lastly, a young girl called Phoebe on the equipment desk was also a fun and good person to set the tone when you aren't sure what you are doing. So helpful!Highly recommend!

Not quite sure how to review them. My son was in group of junior learners. Was told they would probably only need 6 lessons to get signed off. After these we were told another 2 lessons, then another 2 lessons. They never really seemed to get the same instructors and the kids were taught different things each time. On the last set of lessons some kids were told they would need another 3/4 lessons but the following week and different instructor they were signed off! There needs to be more consistency and the same instructors. Also maybe a check list for each child so the instructors know what they can and can’t do. I feel it’s just a way to get more and more money out of you by dragging it out. Having said that I would like to praise Dwayne and Nick. They are both amazing instructors! They take their time to show the kids what they needed to know and all of the group really enjoyed the times they had them instructing their lessons.

The instructors are great and super friendly but there is SO much standing around waiting you only get about 5 minutes of actual skiing despite paying £70-£80 for a 2 hour lesson. There are way too many students on the slope at a time, each lesson had approx 10 students to one instructor and there were at least 5 or 6 lessons going on at the same time.

Super fun - well organised. Good car park, great cafe and viewing gallery, kit hire - as well as super slope and ski lifts

Really good value for money, the snow is amazing and so was the food and staff.

Had a solo session. Tom and Dwayne, the instructors were there who helped me greatly in progressing my snowboarding skills, both showed exceptional experience and knowledge.Definitely coming again.

Really enjoyed the skiing. The snow was in good condition even late into the day along with right number of people on the slope. Lovely place upstairs to hangout afterward.

The slope is super bumpy! Also three of us fell on the ski lift as when the first person was down no one stopped the ski lift in time. Wouldn’t waste money on coming here

Where is the option to teach my own child how to ski?You can only go on the main slope if you can already ski and you can only go on the learner slope if you have an instructor. Given that it was half-term there were no spots left for instructors so my daughter didn’t end up skiing. They were nice and polite and offered credit to be used for lessons some other time- which is fine. However it is ABSURD to not have an option to teach your own child. I wanted to share this with her not drop her off to an instructor - and while I understood the main slope was for competent skiers I did not understand the learner slope was instructor only. The idea that you can come here to teach your own child is such a NORMAL EXEPCTATION that it should be much more prominently disclosed - not shoved in fine print…

Crazy busy. Not all instructors...err...instruct, and if you are a novice you are obliged to pay high prices for lessons.Hired clothing isn't waterproof(?!) but ok.If you know what you are doing (and can crack on up the slope solo), and you have even some of your own gear, it's a great place to get your eye in/test new gear. And if you are the Snow Centre team reading this, I offered more detail on all of the above in the feedback that was auto-prompted post visit, and requested a follow up, but nothing. Pity, as there's lots of opportunity to make this place better.

It's a great place to go and get an idea of how it feels to ski, or just be on snow.

Great experience, nice friendly staff, my only criticism would be rather disorganised in the main waiting area

The snow is good, but by god it's expensive - £44 for an hour. The café upstairs is quite nice but again, really expensive - nearly £20 for a small burger, pot of fries and a coffee. Think cheap pub grub at expensive restaurant prices. Definitely catering for a captive audience and assuming that we are all wealthy because, you know, skiing. They do do off season deals and such, but that's no use if you have children that want to come too.
